Agreed Expru - I’m still on for Monday 10am
Hi Mark,
I thought I was taking a leaf out of your book as I sold a bit (50,000) yesterday at 12p and bought back 50,000 today at 10.7p. Now I hear your selling at these prices?
Day trading isn’t for me!
Mark73 --- i hope it pays off for you mate, you have more balls than i do ! I have been toying with dumping some all week and have just been to scared to miss it take off. I am still convinced it will at some point. One more Friday before vote ( where there may be a real down day ) , i am terming them nervous Fridays from now on, as most seem reluctant to hold shares over the weekend at moment ( possibly with good reason with this covid ****e about ) . Due to there not being 4.75 million sales per day, i was expecting this to react differently to how it has. This to me is exactly what was happening when we were holding in the 8p's . Occasional foray into the 9p's, a few dips into the 7p's but holding steadyish in the 8's. Has it slipped as far as it will go? Good gamble if it comes off mate. I have decided to hols, so fingers crossed for you !
I thought we were going to get away with an 11+ finish but not to be - CHEERS MARK - Ha Ha
We all knew this would happen - next week is another week of the same. 2 steps forward and 1 back but it's the week after when it kicks on. Buy Monday 1st thing and hold the fockers for as long as you can!!!!!
Lets see what JB has to say over the weekend. This situation is fluid and I for 1 am not moving!!!!!!!
Maverick12 - blame Mark@ , he's responsible ... lol
Maverick, when they start lending again, take out a loan and then hand in a claim :-)
Brave man.
Feck me....great finish, I am really starting to hate everything about AMGO...
Nice close......lowest point of the day. Next week, need something fun to kick off. Good weekend all. Forget about it Monday. Nothing lost until sold I guess.
Blimey! I'm going to call that brave :)
I’ll either buy back a couple of pence cheaper or it’s gonna cost me a couple of pence !!!!
Mark70 I just did it !!!! On the bell oooeer! Either smart or stooped I ain’t sure which yet
Afternoon Everyone,
We all know the routine - it will pesh around here until the vote with day traders setting automated buys n sells not letting it move. When we get to the 29th it's game on. BUT ITS WIN WIN!!!! JB or GC??? It's a win either way.
Start lending to public, deal with complaints by end Oct, sort out the beef with the FCA/FOS and it's HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
I'm afraid to say that we are heading for a weekend before another unpredictable week. What I don't like is the current BoD being so quiet. It's as if they'd want it to fail.
Hi Mark
Don’t do it.
I sold 750000 at 0.11 hoping to buy back in lower and it shot up to over 0.20. Nearly double what I got out of it.
I had been toying with the same Idea and watched it go up and down a dozen times.
I was gutted that the time I chose it shot up, I could of cried.
DYOR
RICH - DO ME A FAVOUR N SELL PLEASE - ID LIKE IT TO GO POP - HA HA !!!!!
If it's still that low around the 25th, I'll top up. That would average me downwards :-) and if it carries on like that for next five years, I keep topping up. With PAF I had to wait nearly that long for it to hit 25p :-)
I guess if you want some perspective, we've only really dicked around between 12 and 10.5p all week. Lots of PIs leaving due to alleviation of sell pressure not affecting SP but we still seem to have settled on a range. At my level of investment I don't think it's worth the risk to try to day trade this, but many are. Game plan still good I think.
Richmond I just don’t see what’s gonna make it pop before the vote. I’ll prob do nothing and hold but right now it’s poor performance is doing a good job of eroding my profits.
It’s fomo that keeping me here right now!
Twisty right now I don’t think anyone knows what to do here for certain!
...and has everyone REALLY taken their positions already? Surely someone wants to buy up for the vote?
I would have thought the lifting of the 1% a day pressure would have been enough to have seen a bounce to the high teens .... and yet here we are?
I don't have the nerve for it Mark. I think when it does shift it'll shift fast. But what do I know?
Twisty I’ve been toying with selling n buying back lower ....... can’t help but wonder if sub 10p is on cards next week given the way it’s performed so far this week. Seems a constant drift until vote!
I have to admit I'm very very tempted to top up myself but I don't want to average up and I'm at the limit I promised myself. If we dip below my average, I will.
