We were priced to de-list and it looks like we're still priced to de-list. With another 75m shares likely being added after the GM next week, I fear we will be stuck under the 0.25p for a very long time. I think having 2 placings was a huge mistake. Should've just had just 1 after the GM. Zak Mir was right, this company gives you good news along with a rug pull, every single time. Oh well, it is what it is. I'll be selling next week after the GM.
B-I , not me, i have a million, that's enough i fear ! LOL
Nice buy Viking! π
B-I ... Until 12.22 today ! ;-)
Just leave it, I'd say. Hasn't been a single buy over Β£300 for almost 2 weeks. Clearly nobody's interested.
What are we waiting for here that will cause the share price to rise, looking to get in at some point.
Ahh..
Possible RTO candidates ??
Well, there was this bloke on Dragons' Den the other week, looking for investment and ways to expand his company !!
His product ? Chocolate Kettles, Teapots & Fireguards !!
Fingers crossed for shareholder discount perks !!

Yeah, it's easy to forget some trolls even have their own newspaper columns. Unbelievable when you think about it. It's so obvious what they're trying to do.
Anyway back to Amigo. The GM is in 2 weeks. I've already voted. If you don't own shares then you can't vote so get buying and make sure you have your say if you want the company to continue. Proxy votes to be received no later than 1:30pm on Friday 26th of April.
Haven't seen much selling here and the price is still above the placing price so I'm guessing that's a good sign. I'm feeling that an RTO target has already been found. No other reason to raise the cash if that wasn't the case. Just my take on the reason for the placing.
Anyone going to the GM?
GLA holders new and old alike! π₯
If the 'gutter press' can't get a story from the horse's mouth they will simply make one up.
The more cheap, snide and sensationalist the better as far as they are concerned and truth takes a back seat as they fill their column inches.
Standard Practice !! ( no pun intendedππ)

What a stupid article! Does this person realise that Jim McColl had nothing to do with Amigo Loans? How is he supposed to answer questions about its past? No wonder he skipped the interview and refused to reschedule. He probably realised that the anonymous City Spy has no interest in conducting a normal interview. Well done JM! You did the right thing!
β¦..and itβs still movingβ¦..NOT!!π€£
We must be getting close to 100% receiving their redress so I hope we get this news soon then hope Jim coll has a good plan in a nice RNS early may
I've also had a 'movement' today... but you don't hear me shouting about it !!

5 April 2024
Amigo Holdings PLC
("Amigo" or the "Company")
Admission of Shares
Amigo announced on 28 March 2024 that it had conditionally placed a total of 23,766,400 new ordinary shares of 0.25p ("First Placing Shares") at an issue price of 0.25p per share. The conditions for the First Placing Shares have been satisfied and they were admitted to listing on the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange effective at 8.00 am today.
The First Placing Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company with ISIN GB00BFFK8T45.
The notice of General Meeting to approve the issue of the 71,252,800 Second Placing Shares is expected to be posted to shareholders next week.
Words and phrases defined in the announcement dated 28 March 2024 will have the same meanings in this announcement.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 499,100,160 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Placing shares will come onto the market tomorrow. I wonder if we'll see a TR1? Certainly would create some confidence if there was.
Can't argue with that. I'm willing to wait a month, or three.
All I know, with near certainty, is that it's all or nothing at all.
In a shock twist, not a lot happened full stop.
Let's see where the wind takes us today. Methinks not a lot will happen before 10am.
GLA
If Reward Rate is being sold off as part of the wind down, does anything stop Jim Mccoll buying it, then doing a RTO of Amigo which then allows RR to be listed, and off they go again so to speak? It would seem to suit the profile of Jim to have another lending business under his umbrella, and he certainly has the money to make it work. All subject to FCA approval of course.
The timing of the RNS wasn't the best, with it being released just before Easter when everyone is winding down for the break, and at the end of the tax year too. Had the RNS been released after the 6th of April, I think we would've seen an even stronger rise. I'm hoping interest will build here over the coming weeks, as we get more hints and nudges about where we're going. Thursday's volume 3x that of the first placing, so any overhang won't last and we should start to see a steady rise. Always a good sign when a share rises and finishes above the placing price.
Good morning All I was totally obliterated by Amigo. Just seen the headlines and hope is well hope
I know I lost out big time and was looking hoping for Amigo to return , but at least we had a blue day yesterday
Letβs hope it continues and we see sp rising near the 1p soon
