Monday GAP UP should be insane
auction on 13p now :) :)
and it does look like my sized 10.6 order was indeed reason for pullback :) :)
Hold on time....
Those that sold desperately trying to get back in now :)
Looking good everyone.... time to go again but roll on Monday I say.
68m volume... biggest since November 2019. Tells you what you need to know.
Yuri.F can't agree with you on this... with today's RNS, FCA extension, strong cash balance etc... before the result only one way is up ;-) guess u have sold too early...
I tried 4 times before order get filled ;-) strong afternoon
demand rising again (as you would suspect down here)..... back into auction lol
I have a lot to learn Clearly!!!
Slam dunk buy zone. Thanks mms for filling me! :)
Next company financial report is coming in 3 weeks. Chilling out till then while watching it drop back down.
11getting shmashed wonder if they had to fill a big order
RNS doesn't bring anything new or unexpected, this lucky spike (for most of us with bagger profit-fixing) was total craze.
We had another spike (cash inflow with someone spending/investing £8m into amgo over several days) to 30-33p from 20p right before falling into teens.
Bill - Value!!
**** that is some commitment!!!
I just asked iii to cancel my order because MM's are robbing on this share!!! I put order to buy when price was under 10p in the morning I had confirmation that automated trade is impossible and that estimate price will be 10.13p with question do I accept. I accepted and then the order went through around 45 minutes later for the price of 13.68p.
Those MM's are playing unfair play, they are robbing to earn money to own pockets... it should be reported to FCA.
Good luck for all staying in
and that was an order, not a quote. Maybe moved back to fill.
Just got some at 10.60p, 500,000 shares. Guess will show later as a delayed.
in auction atm that's why.
Couldn’t buy at the 10s. It’s 11.5 now.
If you missed the 10s earlier, now you are getting your chance. Don't expect these to last long
Didnt think it would go under 10p so soon
Back in the 10s, load up time peeps.
The Company's liquidity remains strong. Amigo has sufficient financial headroom and cash on its balance sheet to continue to fund operations and support its customers during this challenging time. Amigo had a cash balance of over £136 million as at 30 June 2020.
Richmond Group Ltd ('RGL'), the majority shareholder continues to sell 1% of the Company every trading day in line with their commitment made to the Company and announced by us on 5 June 2020. RGL have indicated that this will continue until their shareholding is sold down. As a result of the recent changes in the shareholder register, Amigo's free float is currently 35.8%. As noted in our announcement on 17 April 2020, the FCA requires premium listed companies to maintain a free float of at least 25% of their shares admitted to trading and Amigo's free float now exceeds this level.
The RNS is in (Number : 9925R) So, he's down to a minority 49.66% holding, but no impact on SP yet/if at all. Clearly didn't make a huge dent with the volume today.
