15m of the raise into the pot and 75m into the future business from memory. Up to 300m in total so bulk will be IIs getting in on the action. So we do have an indication from management. I like your objective rational post HH but the idiots i refer too are taking todays sp and concluding the raise will be at 0.03p or they ll have to put in 20 times their existing investment. Both are a plain daft. We don t know the details but yes i agree its not wonderful news but needn t be a disaster.
Suppose that's not a bad thing, should stop the day traders making the sp go crazy.
Also not expecting an approval at court to send the SP to rise up much either, re-lending is still the big driver and still quite a while away yet.
Major FOMO this week for this share.... Not.
Don't know why everyone is banging on about the RI. it needs to be voted on first by the shareholders. When court approves this by next week we need some concrete answers on whot the plan is, alongside the quarterly results. Progress at least next week and maybe and change in the narrative from the board to a more positive tone.
NEARLY THERE!!
I will be out at 12p pal itās u likely to get there
Sorry, misread :) hopefully it will be just paying double to get the same holding but who knows
Frankly. I have 156,000 shares. I meant I have bought Ā£16k worth sorry
How many of the current customer base bought a car using an amigo loan? Amigo will not be targeting the electric car market with 50% interest rates when the PDG, VTU and INCH already offer cheap loans for vehicles.
Or to pay the electric bill?
Inky.....
"Iām hoping for a Ā£1 but donāt think it will get there ......"
Why only a Ā£1.....
I'm hoping for Ā£10 a share by 2030..... when everyone needs a loan to buy an electric vehicle to replace their non-pc , climate-changing gas / diesel guzzlers !!!
;-) ;-) ;-)
GLALTH
You donāt have to buy the rights you can just sell them
Mista - you have 16000 shares at lets say 10p each so 160,000 shares. A 20/1 dilution is announced. We don't know the price at which the shares are going to be issued at. You are offered 3.2M shares at 0.5 p each. it costs you another 16K. You now own the same amount in the business. You are no worse off. The dilution is irrelevant as long as you take up your rights. You may also be offered these at a discount and you may also find that II's raise the vast bulk of the 300M on different terms. You might also have Amigo start a share buy back. Or Amigo might go private. Or any number of things they probably don't even know themselves. All I can tell you is that if you buy your rights (which won't be multiples of 16K but likely a fraction of it) you'll own roughly the same amount. This is just a big bullst red herring. If there is some equity left it doesn't matter a jot.
Are there really some people on here thinking they'll have to put x20 down their investment to maintain the same holding!?:-::::-)))
Frankly i do agree with what you are saying
The one thing i think changes is that at the moment the focus is on SOA being approved without that there is no business effectively.
Once SOA is approved the attention turns to shareholders...
without shareholders agreeing to RI there is no solution...
For Shareholders to agree they will require:
Potential Profit of the new business model
SP to improve to show potential returns on investment
RI to have a shareholder incentive to smooth the 19/1
All of this will be done via positive RNS statements that i expect to start happening within the first 6months of SOA being approved
Frankly, personally I have 16k invested in this share. As I believe it I would need to put a he'll of a lot more down to buy my rights? Which I can't afford personally.
No I only come in for a quick 3 month investment based on the court case and positive outcome then Iām selling , not wanting to be in this longer than that
Why is everyone obsessed with the SP? Surely you want to accumulate shares cheap. Participate on the raise and then leave this for 2 years or so. The Dividend Payments will be more that the SP is today once reinstated. 2-3 years time this will be riding high, new products, new investment etc. The next year will be slow getting proof of concept and FCA approval for a full launch in 2023. 2024 we pay back the bondholders and 2025 and beyond - enjoy! I don't give a flying toss if this goes to 0.2p. If I buy my options I own the same amount in the business as before. As long as there is some equity left its irrelevant and a total misconception. It's the LT that matters and the business will align shareholders to that. You'll likely be disappointed if you expect some meteoric explosion post court date as there will be caveats in place etc to temper the up-side.
Iām hoping for a Ā£1 but donāt think it will get there but thatās stupid talk
I said I was hoping for 12-14p. Donāt actually think it will get there though.
Amigo has so many twists and turns even if you predict right your wrong, hopefully this should get the go ahead then deal with the ri next year.
I'm feeling positive and I'm putting my money where my mouth is,if not learn by it.

Thoughts on share price by Friday? And if NBS gets through what could share price go to. Iām hoping for 12-14p
Way way higher IMO! exciting week ahead, once the hearing is in our rear view mirror the narrative will change dramatically! Iām looking forward to those discussions :-) GLA few days to go
Exactly my point , some were say 30p some 10p so what are we taking then ?
General chat means nothing. If 12p is expected why arenāt people piling in. Just stupid talk
After the successful hearing this is what the general chat on hear has been saying for over a month .
