Ref my post. So JB is gunning for hamish and sacrificed his 60% to offload to the market so he could get a majority vote to boot the bod and get back on the bod himself with glen as ceo.
Watch JB hunt down Hamish and restore Amigo with Glen in the process. They both know the bod worked the system to line their own pockets at the expense of shareholders and Amigos reputation.
Besides the now historic bod Amigo is clean as a whistle.
Remember, for almost 10 years the FOS agreed that almost all complaints against Amigo for irresponsible lending were unfounded.
Amigo’s affordability screening was investigated and approved by the FCA during the 166, and at authorisation.
The directors looked at the situation and decided to look after their own careers instead of standing up for the company that paid them.
The FOS know they wouldn’t win a JR. That’s why they have only adjudicated on 5 cases in a year. Only ones they believed they could win.
And look at what has happened. Hamish destroyed 99% of market cap, lined the pockets of himself and his friends, and walks away with an undisclosed golden handshake, straight into another multi-million £ salary.

Supermarket workers
Postal staff
Transport workers

Food producers, manufacturers, delivery drivers.
Social workers
In the UK?
Possibly lending to 1/3 - half of the market?
That is additional income and revenue to the monthly turnover.
I also noticed lending to 375,000 customers now.
It was 222,000 June end...
Correct lending to the follow only;)

Going to take out an Amigo loan an put it all in here.. ;)
Yep. Sounds like it. For each case if they go through each case, which they are doing. If Compliance has done it’s job well and and all customer records and details filed by the book. They will turn down many cases.
Of you deliberately lie, after the terms and conditions have been read out, and you still go ahead. That’s fraud, no difference to insurance fraud claims..
Amigo are still accepting loan applications by the way.
https://www.amigoloans.co.uk/loans/borrower/apply
It’s going to be a stricter criteria but a bigger market of those that are working there will be plenty of stained credit records as with an recession there will be a lot who go self employed and don’t have required amount of books n records for mainstream
In response to amigo encouraged falsification of applications....

Were these people by any chance borrowers trying to make a claim for ‘irresponsible lending’? People who had a lot to gain by claiming Amigo didn’t do checks? Funny what that does to someone.
Luckily, every call, every message, every check, and every decision was recorded.'
Sounds like building a case for fighting claims to me. :-)
FTH and Mark - evening : )
I am quiet reactionary by nature - never thought people might "feather their nest" if they think they are going to lose their job.
Amigo are going to have to get a move on if they want to start lending before end of October!!!! I really hope they do get it sorted - all helps the share price.
Boys take a breath, ....without clowns we couldn't laugh... this dude is the village idiot and the board clown, hahaha
Well if you’ve got no work not even self employed or temp then they won’t be able to.
“ Before” furlough ends it’s likely some folks will apply for loans. That’s no different to me applying and I lose my job in 2/3months. An employer can still/ may employ you back after furlough scheme ends. That was the bloody idea right:))
FTH - I am as bigger fan of this share/company as all of you positive people, but can you explain to me how Amigo is going to help clients who have lost their jobs. In order to borrow you have to have an income and pass affordability even before you provide a guarentor. I've been through the process with Amigo as a guarentor so have experience of what Amigo is looking for in a client.
BOE - End of furlough - Hello Amigo
Yes it went through at 16:17
1% sorry fat fingers
Did the 2% go early today ? I can’t see it
sunset - I'm a northern oik and know Big Dave and his dad - I've met Big Dave and he really IS BIG!!! Once he rogers you where you like it, you will be in hospital with the covids. Wind your neck in!!!!
A definitive policy change.
Any recent borrower thinking of a free family trip to Margate best get a “top up!” Or buy into AMIGO ..lol
Big Daves got his lipstick out with your name on it. I was willing to give you a pass on account of your disabilities but I'll let him have a go on you with his big black and tan cousin Marcellus Wallace.... "Have a go on him son"...
When you see big dave you'll be jump off Canford cliffs son, Harry Rednapps bulldogs can eat what's left of you on his morning beach stroll......
Sunset why don't you shut your mouth. Hilman and I have more money in centre console of our range rovers and rolls royce, respectively than you earn in a week having your s**t pushed in. That sphincter loses it elasticity each time you go to work make the most of its glory days. We wouldn't give you a job mowing our lawns let alone wash our cars you silly boy. True story that x
My thoughts exactly Brucey.
