Unlikely to be suspended past the court date, it's worth noting that last time, the decision wasn't announced till the 25th, some 4 days after the suspension was lifted
Thank you both, this exchange has made me smile.
For anyone else just don't ask the question, click on AMGO Live RNS at the top of this screen, go to page 3 and read for yourself - 19th May we apply for suspension, 21st FCA confirm share can be traded again but that's a Friday!
Now ask yourself, does that make a jot of differance now? This time Judge may look at it and say by lunch Monday all good with option 1 off you go or they want a week to think about it and for some bizarre reasons request, if they can, shares remain suspended. If they go for option 2, winddown will the suspension ever be lifted?
What are you waffling on about, you clearly don't even know how many days there are in a week?
Suppose someone has to be the class clown for the day, clearly it's you
You talk so much crap its embarrassing haha, next your going to tell me my agenda for the week,I've been all for amigo and was just showing a clipit last time round, sorry it didn't back your £100 up
Here ya go

NOTICE OF RESTORATION OF LISTING FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST
21/05/2021 07:30
RESTORATION
Amigo Holdings PLC
The Financial Conduct Authority ("the FCA") restores the securities set out below to the Official List effective from 21/05/2021 07:30:
It wasn't suspended just under a week, it was 2 days, as can clearly be seen by the following 2 RNS's....lol On the 21st the suspension was lifted
I do remember, so climb back in your box, and stop talking utter rubbish
The Company has requested that the temporary suspension is lifted at the earliest opportunity. That was on the 20th may not the 21st and it was suspended just under a week so the judge could look over it!
Craignews: who you talking about
And the following day an RNS was issued about lifting it, and it was lifted on the 21st. If you must spread limited information to suit an agenda, make sure it can’t be checked by others
19th may 21...rns
The Judge presiding over the hearing will not be giving his judgement today but has indicated that he will do so in due course. The listing in the ordinary shares of Amigo Holdings PLC and trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange will therefore remain temporarily suspended. Pending an announcement of the Court hearing's outcome, the Company will request the suspension be lifted.
Should only be while in court and theres a risk of someone saying something sensitive in public. Even if judge has to go and ponder for a few days the suspension can be lifted. So unless anything startling happens, two days max.
Anyone have any idea of a rough timescale that the suspension will last? Is it just for whilst the court case is on? Or could it be lengthy?
Just could do with freeing up some funds before the middle of June.
Thanks.
