Nobody knows the future but people have a guess! If the Nickel price does drop in the future and you hold all your eggs in one basket then you can then say in hindsight why didn`t we diversify, when we had the chance. Cash is King?
Hi Hughes87,
Thank you for your post.
A reduction from 19% to 13.43% seems quite a big percentage, to me, rather than a small one, however it will be interesting to see how in terms of expediating production this will play out.
No current shareholder of AMC could possibly complain if it worked out to our advantage - time will tell.
Thanks again.

Don`t worry etank, sadly a lot of LTH`s have got the problem here of share attachment, I just hope come Q1 next year that your dreams are not destroyed because of Adam`s new company direction and diversification all IMO of course. Its make me laugh at some on here that are obviously under stress and take things far too seriously with what people say on here, yes filter but seriously people need to get help or just switch off. Everyone including me has an agenda I hope to make money, I am just open to ideas and only know what I read or see in RNS`s and interviews just like everyone else. This topic was just a little fun, just ignore it. I wish you good health going forward and to all others under these interesting times.
It is not exactly dilutive ETank....
I think this could have been a very wise move by the AMC board, making the most of the higher Iron Ore prices now and current demand from China.
Giving back a small percentage of their initial convertible coupon in return for NRR expediating production seems the wise thing to do and as CrazyTowner points out allows us to fund Kun Manie much sooner.
Overall, the outlook for iron ore is looking more finely balanced currently than it has in recent months, with supply recovering and demand holding steady at high levels.
However, there are signs that Brazil’s exports are recovering to pre-coronavirus levels, with Refinitiv vessel-tracking and port data showing shipments of 32.7 million tonnes in September.
The official data was even more bullish, showing exports of 37.86 million tonnes in September, up 18.7% from the same month a year earlier.
The Refinitiv data showed September shipments slightly below August’s 35.4 million tonnes, but well up from January’s 20.8 million, 21.3 million in February and 22.9 million in March.
South Africa’s exports were 5.5 million tonnes in September, the highest since January and some 48% higher than the 3.7 million from April - the nadir so far this year.

I got bored of him this morning and he is now on Filter.
Hi Tuckman,
Was yesterday's RNS already diluting our potential future NRR involvement an example of fantastic future deals to come in your opinion?
Sorry, but it seems a bit naive on your part to rely on one individual to deliver this.
I rather sit on my shareholding here a little longer.
You are entitled to an opinion just as anyone else, however you are beginning to seriously bore me and I will just skip your posts going forward.

If Biden wins next week, which looks very likely I think our common cause (of becoming millionaires :) ) will be helped immensely.
A global infrastructure spending push would mean a lot more energy metals will need to be mined, including lithium, nickel, cobalt and manganese for EV batteries; copper for electric vehicle wiring and renewable energy projects; silver for solar panels; and rare earths for permanent magnets that go into EV motors and wind turbines.
According to Inside Climate News, Biden has signaled he will embrace central concepts of the “New Green Deal” – a program first espoused by New York Senator, and Democratic Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez – including spending $1.7 trillion over 10 years to achieve 100% clean energy and net-zero emissions by 2050.
America and China going toe to toe for the worlds limited supply of Class 1 Nickel can only help things. AMC are sitting on China’s doorstep with 1.58 million tonnes of it @ approx 16000 USD per tonne.
I think we will be heading back towards 3p before the end of next week with TEO literally around the corner. Bring it on.
Sparticus you are holding amc for a final target of 9/10p for all assets? How many years to get there?
Sparticus, I have no idea of values yet until the TEO is announced, it all is just a big guess, I am just thinking about risk appetite over the next 3 years especially with what is happening now globally. Yes it would be great to be the 100% owner of this mine but sadly I just cannot see it due to the global issues happening now and risks further down the line. The NRR deal was great as it has given us a little income and a little safety but still n=money is needed and maybe hopefully Glencore will help us out if we go down BFS line. At least though we should not give up a % of the mine cheaply though by having security and I still think we must have other projects coming along as we had change left over from the fund raise and they did not elect to add to the NRR deal, so is the change for another project. Adam did say in interviews `multiple` or 2 or 3!
Whatever happens it should happen quickly in December or Q1 , paperwork (ie TEO) IMO will not do anything much for the SP but talk of money or JV will rocket this MCAP to a more realistic value I hope. Everyone in Nickel will know about Kun Manie, we just IMO need the big players to show real interest with their wallets!
Tuckman
i just dont see the need or the pressure for us to give away so much of the company for medioca money
when there is so much news flow to affect the sp in the short term, and possible large upside in the long term if we just sit firm
100million for 70% is only 10p a share value total for 100% that could be quite cheap in the not to distant future
that seems like a just cuting our losses kind of deal
personaly know thank you i am still happy to ride 3 years for proper money if we get there
we are in a stronger postion finacial now with Nrr imop
While it is quiet and the markets are major bad does anyone fancy looking at a JV angle for the mine? Board police this is just IMO obviously but here goes!
If we need a Capex of say $500m and we get the TEO done next month, with the backing of a Russian major (ie Norilsk after their 500m eurobond placing ha ha ) whats to say we start the construction of the mine early next year. Say we keep 20-30% of the mine but get in say $100m then thats our part of the deal and we get underway? We could spend more on other projects to fund our share of Capex gojng forward over the 2 year construction, we don`t have to pay for BFS as the Russians don`t need one and we get quicker to production although with only a % of the mine but a lot less risk?
We get a few more NRR deals under the belt with either coupons or profit share and in the years to come are a well diversified global multi commodity player!
Just thinking outside the box while the markets are in doom and gloom, and if this goes much lower then I believe it will be worth going all in for me!
