Hi Sparticus,
I think that you will find most genuine LTH’s are saying nothing. In case you have not noticed / been here very long the rise of the alleged LTH has been over the last three or four months or so.
Please don’t believe people just because they claim to be something they may not be. ??
The price of Nickel is not relevant on a daily basis to the Sp but is of massive strategic relevance in terms of planning. A mine is a fixed cost business the ability to sell at a higher cost than the sp is critical to all discussions on earning the mine, it’s development and future value. If B/e is $4000 Nickel at $3000 forecast is pretty dire. At $5000 interesting, $7000 more interesting at $15,0000 drool worthy! The strategic planning behind the scenes is is being propelled by the price of zinc and its future direction. That is why things are happening! The resultant SP is a symptom.
My opinion is the strength of nickel can help to bolster a sp but I don't think on its own it can be responsible for rises. Plain and simple facts (plus occasional sentiment change) will have a bigger effect.
Perhaps 3 years is a bit lengthy, but basically the closer we are to producing the more the nickel price will have an effect on AMC SP as it'll be easier to see where the price of nickel is heading.
Currently—being 2/3 years away from producing—the nickel price is, as Adam Habib says, irrelevant.
I like nothing more than good honest debate, your possibly being abit gentle there or i am being mean
If your going to exagerate the truth either because you dont honestly know OR to help your argument whats the point ?
I am not even going to comment on the 3 years for nickel price to have an impact on sp
ill leave that to my learned friends
So we’re back to saying LTH’s are raising issues not because of their experience but because they’re disgruntled and/or jealous of newbies. Now when did that last reach a crescendo? Oh yes, just before the EGM when it was going to be 4p immediately the resolutions were passed. Some of us could have listened to the new kids on the block and piled in, but then some of us would have missed out on multi baggers elsewhere that we invested in instead. We need actual facts and positive news, up until then I suggest people ignore the the little yappy dogs and use their experience.
What's there to discuss if we are not allowed to contest someone else's opinion?
Should it just be one big circle-jerk of positive speculation? Ironically your post seems much more inhibiting of discussion than anyone else's. "Let other have an opinion" ... but only if it's positive.
is easy too spot the disgruntled LTHs in Amc imop
If you had got your investment strategys working even 70% of optimum, you could of made your self a Bastard fortune on Amc by now
I am certainly not in that category, but i am also not blaming Amc for being under water because i got it slightly wrong hear with my timings, as it has improved and become more obvious where this is going, all barring an alien invasion, with Adam at the helm
reduce your average while you still can
you invested for a reason to start with, these reasons are getting bigger and better slowly but surely, yes slower than some would prefer but thats it deal with it
dont just rubbish a share with Pish if you are invested
or the other one using silly exagerated Shat, to some how help your trading postion, god its child like
either your in or your out ?
Looks like the board police doesn`t like what anyone elses opinions are they are different to there`s. No one can give any realistic SP predictions because the story is at the beginning and all the facts are not available. Jog on or deliver some facts, let others have an opinion. This is a discussion board!

Anyway Nickel news, I like the bit where Norilsk is mentioned and if problems in the region maybe a change of tactics!
Maybe a buy out of Kun Manie and mine nickel locally! Just IMO of course, don`t want to upset anyone!
mikewozere - too many posters on here use the finger in the wind technique and give off the cuff sp predictions with no basis. Those are the ones to be ignored
No I wouldn't. The Nickel price DID fall from $8 to $5 not all that long ago and I never once said that.

......but if the price of nickel was falling you'd be saying that Amur couldn't continue with the project!!
Sooner than some people think but later than you thought. You've said it would happen two weeks ago.
And the price of Nickel is not gonna have much of an impact—if any—on the SP.
Maybe in another three years.
I think we would see 4p here sooner than some think probably ahead of TEO release in Dec or earlier.
Nickel breaching the 7.25USD per Ib mark. Does not look like stopping anytime soon.
