Good work etank, I’m glad you are going to make some good money. I also hope there is a better deal, I am not saying that there is a done deal at 7p but there will be a deal done in the very near future at around that sort of level whether its 7p – 10p. For those long-term holders that did not average down, you still have a chance to make it all work out. Gone are the days of thinking this will somehow get to 40p plus again, and those holding with higher prices may not have too long to average down as once any news comes out that they are seriously considering an offer then bye-bye to these rates!
I have a huge number of shares. Average is slightly over 7p.
So I'm looking for a better deal, but to suggest we are clueless is ridiculous.
What governs everyone's individual position is available cash.
14 year holder, made some money trading and would double at 7p - not enough. Will hold out for a better deal
Moneyman,
That possibility had crossed my mind as well.

We have seen T@ats like you come and go, really we are just bored of you - so translucent. Go back to your day trading. Please also do not put us down, we have seen it all before and are the wiser for it.
Wondered as the price for the sale of the Amur is on the low side some sort of future royalty agreement might be included-could explain the sale of the subsidiary company and not the holding company
Seriously rhino is that the best you can come up with? You must be one of the bitter ones?
Definition of you. A halfwit who has no experience of this share, no idea of the average price of any LTH and someone without the guile to know how predictions from grandmas sucking eggs have turned out in the past.
Well done gazzleberry, you are one of the few. so what you moaning about? Congratulations you must be happy that you stand the chance of a significant return?
Definition of a “long term holder” … Someone who brought in at a higher rate, didn’t sell and is the proud owner of lots of overvalued shares. They don’t know what to do, they prayed it would come back one day, rather than sell they just continued to watch it gradually drift back from 30p to 1p! Now stuck with a massive loss the fear that they will never get that money back they invested years ago is now a reality! Apparently their only hope is to get as many people on the board in the same position to “STOP the deal from happening” (Get real, there will not be enough of you) to be fair you have also had plenty of options to average down or sell out earlier.
For those just getting in now, what a great opportunity to make a good profit, 100% from these levels at least, this had a massive uplift yesterday and at one point went over 100%. When a share does this, it will of course drift back slightly whilst those who made a good profit take some of that out and let the rest ride. The MM’s love to watch the rest of the suckers get pulled in, picking up some nice cheap shares to resell for vast profits later.
What do we know… AMC have been at this for years, the share price has been has high as 40p, but its drifted and drifted, it’s had millions and millions of shares added creating vast dilution, it’s still going to take years to get this this into production and £billions to get it there! AMC was hovering around the 1.5 – 2p most of last year, if you managed to pick up a few shares then well done because you are going to be a multi-bagger, it’s like winning the lottery for some.
For the long-term holder, you need to get some reality, your only hope of making it out of here with profit is to buy more at these crazy low levels and average back down, you never know you might just get out of this with a profit.
If a deal is on the table for £100million and the board have not come out with an RNS straight away saying it would never happen, then clearly, they are considering it or at least letting the Market know that the deal of the century is now on the table. One way or another it is looking like this will happen sooner rather than later.
Good luck to you whatever your position is here.
