Very interesting indeed. Looking forward to the next shareholder update. Fingers crossed.

That's the sort of vague wording you'd use to try and flush a potential bidder out is it not?
The next shareholder update will be interesting because I have a feeling that what we have seen these past few days has been triggered by the Euroclear Nominee account. If it is one entity accumulating in this account then they're not abiding by the requirements set down in the Mem & Arts to report crossing the 3% threshold and subsequent 1% thresholds after that. The only other explanation is its more than one entity accumulating in the account.
All very interesting.

I read the bid as well progressed and not about trying to start a bidding war since the rns validated the press leaks of £100m. Hope I am wrong:
"The Company confirms that it is in discussions with a potential purchaser to sell its wholly owned subsidiary, Irosta Trading Limited, for approximately the indicated price"
I'd very much like to think so TDT and Geng.
TDT,what we really would like to know is Who Told The Times?
I’m sure it wasn’t an overheard conversation in Starbucks
MD
TDT - CBS,
That was my initial thoughts yesterday, the 'leak' and very quick follow up RNS could just be a 'stalking horse'!
Maybe there has been interest from elsewhere and this is a way of getting them to pee or get off the pot.
If they bother to update the shareholder register in the next week we should have a clearer picture - that or a TR-1 drops - especially if it had a connection to someone like that Musk character.
RY not having much skin in the game is not a big deal as Tom Bowen is probably driving this and he does.
So you think it was leaked by AMC then TDT?
If they offer isn't acceptable to RY he doesn't have to put it to shareholders, does he? Is this the hostile takeover he previously mentioned?
SP
Long way to go to get all 1.3billion shares. :-)
CBS
“ What we really need is a second bid to materialise.”
That’s what this “leak” and yesterday’s RNS is likely (designed) to do is it not?

Billyboy! It's been ages bud!
Keeping well and hope you are as well.
Indeed my friend - it's nice to get some interest nonetheless, hope some more materialises!
Best
CBS
CBS,
I would hope that the adverse shareholder reaction on here also has something to do with it.
Morning CBS,
Long time, no see!!!
Hope you are keeping well.
Good points there. Interesting times. As you say, let us hope yesterday's news flushes out a second "interested party".

CBS,I sincerely hope you are right on all the points in your post
MD
CBS,
Good points - you might be right
yes Manuel my thoughts too. I actually think we're not trading at the proposed asset sale price because:
1.) the market doesnt believe that we are going to bite for it
2.) because it undervalues vs the nickel narrative at the moment
3.) that the proposed sale is not enough of an incentive to management
What we really need is a second bid to materialise.
I agree MD.
I think CBS that in the very near future we will be able to make a final judgement on Robin Young,
If he carries this offer through for £100 million it will be a very sad end to his term as ceo of
Amur Minerals
MD
Agree Geng, they no doubt have a plan and have been working on it for some time. Just keep buying below 7p, nothing to lose
it's in these situations you're thankful that your BOD has a lot at stake by having a large share ownserhship...

...
oh, wait...
If the accumulator(s) along with other large sub 3p holders muster over 50% it will be a done deal.
