Thanks for the answer Castaway .
I had a limit on all last week @ 0.32 lifted this morning .. on its way down to 0.28 .. as always with me lol .
I am also overloaded .
Hi Ripley - I did buy some - pretty loaded up though - it has to happen soon1
Hi Casterawy ...What do you make of the fall back in Vast this past week .
Did you top up ?
I hope they use the cash to get direct production and revenues sooner - I cannot see why they would need this cash short term unless they are acquiring further assets - anyway we should find out soon. By the time the La Mancha cash arrives I bet they are not paying a premium. Why would they?
Welcome aboard any newbies.
Hopefully the LaMancha deal will mean greater monetization of assets no more selling of assets at bargain prices
Happy to hold here
Great interview thanks for sharing seems this has lots more legs. Just needs to get on everyone's radar now and see more deals being struck. Testing 5p now.
This is interesting from this August: http://www.miningstockeducation.com/2019/08/five-gold-silver-miners-the-sprott-group-has-invested-in/
Steven Poulton reckons just the Mali gold projects are worth more than the whole current MC of ALS - I wonder what the current finance is for?
Billionaire Egyptian family onboard in the form of LaMancha and as you say the cash balance come Jan is not far off Mcap. One highlight that's easy to miss is the significant expected investment from insiders:
"Directors to participate in the Placement, subscribing for approximately C$ 640,000 / £ 375,000 in aggregate (“Directors Subscription”)"
They already hold a big chunk of the company, and $640k CAD is nothing to scoff at, especially at a big premium with no warrants.
I bought some also - under the radar as you say - the cash they will get with the investment in Jan is not far off current MC - La Mancha did a similar deal with Golden star (TSX) in Aug 2018 a year later it had 6 bagged - ok different company but there are good prospects with the projects ALS have
The placing on TSX at 30% premium to vwap and 20% over yesterday's closing price! Half the shares are in tight hands. This is a very off the radar Gold play in Mali and the rest of Africa with great assets and could move really quickly. Steve Poulton is running a great show here. DYOR applies
