*of the 55m NAV
Federated will be worth multiples of that with this news
Look at my example of IAG chart when divi plus special divi was paid back in july 4th 2019 ,it recovered after the drop
https://www.tradingview.com/x/M6bBuwsM/
also 44% in orbital sidekick who has one satellite commercialised and operating analysing oil and gas pipelines for leaks the world over , another satellite going up soon on the rocket called “orbital loft “
Just trying to find its bottom. It's what the market does. Happens alot after a special dividend. Wait for trading update in early Feb, should be some juicy info in there.
Thanks guys. It’s my heart I’m bakeries about.. my minds fine
Thanks for posting Scott - should put NuckyT’s mind at rest
Federated Resesearch Value £55 mil
Spin Memory Value £44 mil
Bridge Comm £18 mil
Table Up £2.75 mil
TOTAL £120 mil
Cash £55 mil
Total £175 mil
NAV 73p (fully diluted basis)
Beamer, What’s you assessment of your points?
Look at the recent individual investment valuations, Crystal Ambers narrative and why there has been some chunky director buys recently
I’m close to bailing out
Snaffle, I’ve had an eye from afar on this one for a long time. I’m just asking opinions.. I’ve made my move and in For the duration now I’ve made it. I’m just a bit taken aback by the drop so soon after I invested. Thanks for your opinions they’re appreciated.. hope it’s genuine )
You really need to research the share NuckyT.
You referred to it as a “punt” a few posts back. A punt in my book, is when you throw pocket change (and thats relative) at a share you know nothing about but hope to ride a spike / gamble, nothing wrong with that but there are some long term holders who know this share in detail and would help you if you were committing to stay in, but coming at it as a “punt” and then asking why the price is down doesn't make sense, why donyou care, obviously its not a straightforward answer. just close your position and move on, you might catch a winner elsewhere
This all sounds great so why is the SP down?
Allied minds fully-diluted ownership is 35.8%. That is still, with cash, makes up the whole of Allieds market cap. Spin Memory doesnt get much of a mention and is also close to commercialisation ( this year) as well and potentially as big or bigger than Fed.
So cash and federated wireless are now worth more than the mcap. Something not right, but with a bit more of positive news it will head in the right direction. With Feb 14th being payment date will the institutional investors re invest their dividends. You would like to think so at these prices
Our valuation in federated wireless was 55mil going by the last fundraise. But with all the developments since then I would not be happy if it was less that 100million
ALM’S share in federated wireless is currently 73%? And in 2016 federated was valued at $60million up from $9 million.
If 5G does the business we all hope what kind of a bid could we expect for federated wireless?
With Samsung already buying one of our partners it's only a matter of time before some one bids for our share federated wireless
Some really good posts on here today without ramping.
To join the chorus a bit I would agree that federated wireless is the reason why I’ve not sold my holding.
I think crystal amber will play ALM perfectly over the coming months. And federated wireless could be the joker in the pack so to speak. although we may not see multiples of the current share price we may see a value much closer to NAV.
Any thoughts guys? GLA!!
I wonder if crystal amber are playing games with their holding. Would they reinvest the dividend when it comes, they’d want share price as low as possible.
NuckyT, if you could sell on the 13th of Feb, that would be great thanks!
The clowns selling now are the ones I thought would have piled in yesterday. I knew there were loads of ‘get rich quick’ people who had completely misunderstood the dividend and point and piled on thinking they’d get a free 12.5p a share and walk away with a big profit. Oh well, we were quite a bit lower than this (relatively speaking) only a few weeks ago (we were down to 44p). For the holders this is great, im buying, but then im in for FW...
