"So, multi-penny question, when does it list on the GSE?"
Multi-penny answer - "listing expected by end of next quarter" - so hopefully by end-June 2024.
So if nothing from parliament tomorrow , the SP will languish around 20p until April. Will we get a another cheeky bid from Assore in the meantime?
How longs a piece of string
So, multi-penny question, when does it list on the GSE?
Listing. Then ratify increases SP locals happy with gov :-)
Finger in the air stuff, it would be embarrassing for the GSE/Government if they allowed listing and then not to Ratify. So both are significant in my mind as the GSE is small and allowing ALL to list therefore Ghanaians to purchase only not to ratify(lose money) won't happen imo.
Just listened to all the interviews and I'm very excited. I've been holding ALL for 2 years. Not as long as others I know but to finally get to this point where all the key milestones are coming in a short space of time is going to be good.
Q2 is about to start after few more trading days and Neil says this will be news rich quarter.
-Offtake up to $100million
-Feldspar report
-Ghana listing
-the $28mil Miif investment
-ML ratification
-EPA Permit
-New resource update
That's a pretty ridiculous bunch of milestone developments on the way.
I'm hoping to snap up a big chunk of shares with the new ISA allowance so selfishly I hope the price doesn't motor yet. Up on the ASX overnight...
They won't ratify until after the Ghana stock exchange has listed the stock.
Sorry recess 22nd not today
Ah well, no ratification from Ghana govt until at least 30 April as they recess today, let’s hope it comes early May, but Neil says Q2 so could be as late as end June. Anyhow stars aligning for a good Q2 and beyond
Nice offtake tease!!!

Anyone guess the customers nationality?
No news for a few weeks then by the sound of it, hopefully lithium prices keep creeping otherwise we’ll end up sub 18p…
In summary looking to complete ratification, off take, listing on Ghanina stock exchange and MIIF funding in Q2. Everything lining up nicely.
Some perspective how much value even small increases in the price of lithium will soon benefit Atlantic.
There are still a few boxes which are not ticked. Once we see any of those ticks, share price will look after itself. Ghana interested parties, MM, Assore or any other predetor will try to keep share price at these levels for as long as possible. Patience is a difficult thing, if one thinks ALL should pop any minute. GL
J-R-R, that’s my view too.
Good news today in that RNS, offer of 33p and all the rest.
And yet the sp has been ‘coasting’ around/dropping below 20p since the start of year…
I don’t know how MM can keep it suppressed - and maybe it’s just paranoia on my part! As has been said further (good) news *should* be imminent, so I must be patient
(A 1p) increase every week for the next year would be just fine!)
Interesting point, I’m not an expert on how the MMs operate, I thought it would be some sort of algorithm based on sells vs buys? Or could they deliberately ensure it’s under X amount?
Not shorted, just being deliberately suppressed sub 20p for a nice entry price for when it gets listed on the GSE (my opinion)
No need to short ALL, Assore could make an improved bid over 35p tomorrow and you'd get burnt.
The company could announce an offtake with BYD tomorrow and it would make the rounds across the lithium sector and then some.
Parliment final ratification could be any day now.
I could go on and on, such as the rising lithium price, increasing EV sales in China.
The company is cashed up, it has multiple funding partners etc...
I never short but there are far better targets out there. There are lithium companies on AIM with basically no cash or DFS.
The selling here is just another sign that this is being shorted.
Sadly it's too easy to do on low volume shares
Upside, although not without risk, is ridiculous
Fairly easy money selling into that rise as more often than not good drill results alone are not normally enough to drive a sp forward
