It has always been a £20 fee. But I notice that has now gone. So that is good. The COO of primary bid has written tonight so I guess they have had a lot of complaints today about pathetic allocation. This is the worst in my experience to be fair. So will put this down as one of those things. I just hope PrimaryBid will understand the need for reasonable allocation or none of us will bother in the future with this. Which would be a real shame.
PB is an excellent service - we moan when we cannot get to Placings and then some moan when they can.
Last time for me it took just 24 hours. Great service.

There is no fee for Primary Bid. Last time I had a refund it took 6 days.
I applied for 5000 shares through PB and have been allocated 832, the percentage roughly in keeping with most on here. My question is 'how quickly does the refunded amount take to be returned by PB?' I assume returned to the issuing account. My only previous experience with PB was the allocation of TGR shares and I have to admit my surprise as to the final allocation this time round with AGM. The reason for asking about the returned sum from the original deposit amount is to be able to buy some additional shares in AGM whilst the price is still relatively low. I see no 'fee' amount included in the PB calculations and would be pretty annoyed were one to be applied given the reduction in allocation.
There is no fee for PB. The wait is long though to receive the shares.
Pretty sure the fee listed was £0; has been in the past for me
Selling the shares will incur whatever your usual dealing fee is.
Like many, I was disappointed in my allocation; wasn't able to top up earlier but have just bought more at 49p, still cheap in my opinion.
Not in any rush to sell these
A few people have mentioned a £20 fee.
I didn't pay too much attention when I was filling the Primary Bid form in but didn't see a £20 fee mentioned.
It won't break the bank, just not sure where that came from?
