I would imagine they are pretty much in line with the average AIM Director fees ....you don't get any CEO with 20 years experience etc and having the responsibilities of an AIM listing on the cheap, cheap ......no one would apply
Share price gradually recovering .... going to see the 41p Placing price back by Christmas ???
The executive teams of companies like Haydale and AGM draw high salaries, which when combined are pushing on for 20% of the companies running costs. Do have to question if such salaries are justified, when they rely so highly on dilution to fund activities.
" Top Tier" Akzo Nobel
"warned this morning that “significant raw material cost inflation and supply constraints” are expected to continue until the middle of next year."
" Akzo Nobel said raw material inflation continued to intensify in the third quarter of the year. Its raw material and other variable costs increased by €278m compared with Q3 2020."
I thought the presentation was at least open and honest and gave a lot of information ..and presented the current situation...which was needed
47mins ..
" Engagement with the Top Tier customers is challenging. Innovation traction and the timeline to complete those product engagements tends to be longer than perhaps a start-up can bear...so..our focus at the stage of development we are at is to engage with the lower tier companies to enable the faster tracking of those developments through to product launch "
The issue is the timeline within the pipeline ..and I think it has to be accepted that is largely out of a small companies control...and with COVID, inflation, supply shortages etc ...I dare say the timeline isn't being helped and has plenty of headwinds from the customers side of the table ....
Haydale - HAYD is another share to follow in the graphene sector....who seem to be engaging more with partnerships and collaborations ...but... probably the same long timeline with Top Tier customers
It was a very bad presentation, unfortunately. The answer to my question was as uninspiring as I feared it might be:
