Much appreciated - thought it was merely hearsay. Looks very dubious.
If the transaction is not squeaky clean - it could end up in a class action lawsuit.
Companies House.
As per the 31 October 2018 - the W2T shares were still held by AFC. Where is the information about the sale of the shares coming from?
In my view - the back to back equity raises combined with the wording in today’s RNS comes off as both unprofessional and amateurish. Hopefully we get another RNS to redeem this clumsiness.
I do indeed Newboy. Something to ask about at the AGM if we don’t hear by then.
The W2T thing troubles me too, it looks like AFC had 23% of W2T.. they sold their shares back to W2T for £20k. Currently PHE are planning to buy W2T for 40% of PHE in new shares, subject to shareholder approval. Current m/c of PHE is £17 million.
You see the issue here?
Cheers for the reply, we now need something on the membrane tech. If all is to be believed it will be the making of this company and make the chargers just the cream on top. Get the bugger done AFC!
Nothing heard of them here since 2016, in Annual Reports or TR1 forms. My suspicion is that they have moved on. The family stand to make a lot of money from the merger from PHE and W2T, and the process has coincided with a significant amount of ramping.
Never again!
Everything with the second A in it is a big risk.....
An aaog investor....to my shame :-( you couldn't make it up when investing with them!
All very strange, keep hearing about this white family! Are they still pulling strings? New to the smoke and mirrors of aim
Would we usually find out who had invested at those sorts of levels, I.e. below 3%? Honest answer is I have not given it any thought. If you want honest thoughts what is puzzling me is what happened to our W2T shares. Apparently sold but no communication from the company explaining what could be quite a significant move, unless PHE rally is considered to be a very risky prospect.
Honest answer Bumble, unnamed investors coming in with a mill a piece. Shonky or not?
I think he is a little sore because DW gave some honest thoughts on prospects for PHE today. There has been a lot of ramping on that site of late and it is not the done thing to give an honest view apparently.
Yes you did, though your a couple of grand down already on PHE.
Old investment? You've been "looking in" all week! Gob****e
Just taking a look in at my old investment..Cor Blimey what are they doing. I've had a lucky escape I think. Hope it comes good for you long term holders though.. it's a **** take at the moment.
