Yellow....
“ PHE price is built on sand.
No proven working model at scale, its easy to sell a dream or concept, delivering on that dream is another matter.
It will all come crashing down.”
I don’t suppose this has anything to do with you purportedly Being reported having sold out PHE @ 0.6p by any chance???
Absolutely agree with red hornet on this one. When did the proposals for the next batch of shares to be issued come into place, I can’t recall? Was it for 2021?
NewBoy - true, but it seriously limits the pps. I’m not sure PHE will ever get much above 5p, due to the volume of shares, which worries me about Bond issuing another huge volume of AFC, not ideal for LTHs.
Someone is sweeping up shares I'm sure
Mind a lot aren't reported on the same day of course
Vol. Sold 3,443,618
Sold Value £716.27k
Vol. Bought 1,330,894
Bought Value £276.83k
Not really, there are few gone lots further than that... I think Ukog is going for the record though, 11 billion and counting....
It must be pretty rare for such a small company with virtually no turnover, to have over 2bn shares in issues
China not for the naughty step...funny that.
I don't know how they get away with it tbh Moscorum..
Thats why I sold at 1.2 with the intention of getting back in, thought it would drop... My bad
Back in here at 17p though so go AFC!
They haven placed for over a year mate, most of the management team aren't even taking a wage to save cash but they will do very well with their shares if they pull it off. Time will tell if they do or not..
And how many times have they raised from 0.4p to 4p notes (10 bagger)?
I'm in here not there but PHE has the distinct advantage now that the people running it are heavily invested, so they are much less likely to fundraise to the detriment of current shareholders. I managed to get back in here much cheaper due to the recent placing but it's difficult getting back in there.. as they are much more careful with cash.
Not having a go at AFC bit it would be nice for the BOD and shareholders to be on the same page here.
Result of Fundraising states
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Tax Qualifying Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that the Tax Qualifying Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on or around 3 July 2020 (or such later date as may be agreed between the Company and the Joint Bookrunners, but no later than 10 July 2020).
Fundraising RNS states
It is expected that First Admission of the Tax Qualifying Shares will take place on or before 8.00 a.m. on 3 July 2020 and that dealings in the Tax Qualifying Shares on AIM will commence at the same time.
And also states
The Firm Placing is conditional upon (amongst other things) the Placing Agreement not having been terminated and, in the case of the Tax Qualifying Shares, First Admission occurring on or before 8.00 a.m. on 3 July 2020 (or such later date and/or time as the Joint Bookrunners and the Company may agree, being no later than 8.00 a.m. on 10 July 2020)
So can be a little misleading
Not sure how something can be admitted to trading on or before but also after. Perhaps the RNS was written by Boris Johnson amidst lockdown rules
Actually. That may not be the case. Each RNS released in relation states something different.
My apologies.
Daz. Its already factored in. The shares hit the market this morning at 0800.
Patience Tillyhoney LOL, would be crazy to buy in the open market now with a 20% dilution about to hit any time, hopefully once the new shares are issued to the market then we will see a nice sustained rise along with NEWS, not radio SILENCE
I have a feeling this share is going to rocket back into the 70's, news expected very soon IMO
Phe*
Was a 10 bagger. Might buy some more next year when they have a working model. But he has an income. And a sales pipeline. Nothing here but a big black hole.
In all these years they haven't made a profit. They keep promising but all that money keeps going down a massive drain.
As a long term holder in this company, why do I now get the feeling I am being shafted by Mr Bond.
