Does anyone know if AFC is traded elsewhere, additional to UK and Germany?
WOW!! Never a dull day here at the moment. A good steady increase on recent good news, then up nearly 4p on momentum only...or leaked news? Historically over the last couple of years this spike would normally be followed by a sharp retrace. However, it seems that with so much expected news still to come that anyone bailing out at 13p is taking a gamble and could be sorry if this continues to rise up to and maybe past the EV roadshow date.
Have been here since 2010 and am not going to sell any now as really believe our time has come.
It's all very exciting anyway.
After all these years it really is great we are finally on the way!
Yes he has mentioned work on a brokers note.
Well yes, but it is all information that 'good communication with shareholders and the market' should include and has not at the moment. This is why I would claim that John Rennocks share purchase is based on more information than is available to us.
Oh yes, and I think Adam mentioned something about brokers note(s) not too long ago. We could be due one.
Oh, and I forgot..
We are still in the market for selling large scale power systems. Were we developing something in that area?
There was a hint of 'something exciting in the background' at the recent NEC meeting ?
De Nora might want a stake in AFC - they have a history of this and after all their time investment could be possible.
From the Hydrogen Council there was a hint of a connection with a company in Japan.
RNS writers are going to end up with repetitive strain injury at that rate of newsflow richlist!
I am assuming any new information on the website will be released by RNS first. Otherwise it could just get lost.
So we could still have updates on.
Details of the EV charger - power, charge rate, hydrogen purity and volume needed, price per Kwh, price for the unit etc.
Details of 'suite of products' which could included the genset.
Update on where we are in using ammonia as fuel.
Update on MOUs Dunsfold, Australia, others.
Whether we have achieved 4 years was slightly ambiguous - maybe we still await final confirmation and with this possibly update on warranty although this could take a while yet.
Adam Bond said they were putting the EV charger together in the proactive interview - perhaps they have switched it on now.
Or might even be news on orders.
Plus anything unexpected.
There should still be plenty of information to feed us over the next few weeks.
Looking at the detail, it started at about 12c (10p ish) and finished at 22c (18p ish). Looking at trend, after crazy 62c spike, it was still steadily rising. On lower volumes and compared to AIMs rise today it bears comparison and perhaps it suggests maybe more to come tomorrow. I do wonder if something is known?
Keleko, it was fascinating, thanks.
Sturmtrupper, it looks like 2,592,107 were traded which is actually quite a decent amount - 0.5% of shares in issue.
Irony… far out. I just really enjoyed reading here on this board over the last couple days, appreciating the content and valuable info. That said, I can understand where you're coming from with those remarks. For what it's worth, I just wanted to contribute something, in this case something strange, sorry. I just thought that it could have been of interest to some of you guys over in the UK. Jeez...
Closed on 22 Cents.
I did not know afc is traded in Stuggard.....but look closely and one will realise only 496,137 were traded......
I have been wondering if they would keep interest going by releasing videos of the new automated stack assembly equipment they have bought. Heads been done before with the first robot, although that might have been the ex CEO exorcising demons having organised an investors day, only for the equipment not to be ready...
I confess that I would be tempted to sell a few if it spiked to €0.6 (50p+) on LSE tomorrow! I just checked and it did actually happen, very strange.
Back in the real world, it is just 3 weeks to the investor day and I would suspect that the last thing that AFC want is to have a room full of people who have seen their shares rise to 13.5p and drop back to 6p, especially after the shareholder action group was just starting to consider action.
My money is on them having a strategy to keep the share price up, getting a few big investors on board to ensure funding is in place (although the mysterious Thalion is still there if required) and on investor confidence, alongside the share price, continuing to grow between now and then. After all, turkeys don't vote for Christmas.
How can we ever thank them for all their guidance and thoughts chippy
Jeeez and now we have someone who joined today talking spikes on AFC.....just for us on the AFC board, we're so lucky
Manic… AFC sp topped out at 62 cents on the Tradegate Exchange over in in Germany about 2 hours ago. Then came back down to 20 cents.
