Free2sail, re your ...Bmac you really are clutching at straws now!
I agree, I don't normally do the supercilious stuff. Bmac
Ok, I made the last bit up ;-)
Wrong again bsac, the containers paint was specially formulated anti graphiti paint.
Afc thought of everything......
Bmac you really are clutching at straws now!
Tetrolite, re your...Many thanks to all posters from today’s presentation. Looking at the latest video on YouTube, AFC’s kit looks a neat and professionally constructed and ready for market. Mmm lovely.
Yep, you got to agree, the AFC's container looks the part. It also looks to me to provide an excellent surface for the graffiti artists. Bmac

It is almost laughable that the shorters/derampers/manipulators are all out in force today of all days, taking advantage of the fact that lots of shareholders were otherwise engaged and taking the line that "jam tomorrow" is a reason to sell.
Quite the opposite, the message is that there is a massive amount of jam tomorrow and that AFC is uniquely positioned as THE global leader to do this. Yes, on the EV front it might take weeks to get initial orders, several months to get bigger orders and fulfil them and many more months to see the really big deals come through but there is plenty of potential for other developments including Southern and the new membrane to catch the market out at any time and seeing this as a time to panic and sell seems ludicrous to say the least.
Chippy - thanks for the report.
Just wondering......any word on Warranty?
Take this little price drop as an opportunity to stock up with a load more shares as I have.
It's only a month ago since the price was 5p.
This is just the beginning of a big disruptive technology and we all must go along with it, there is no turning back.
I'm more interested in the products and their future development. I've been involved with several products that had slow starts but their brilliance eventually shone through, so don't be disheartened by silly little incidents that happen along the way. There's really no such thing as bad publicity, the more we highlight a glich it takes longer to recover but recover it will when the technology is good.
So AFC have produced a device that can be used off grid. Brilliant. Why go head to head with the competition all the time when you have your own niche product. and a market for it. |Niche markets do come good.
Forget the negatives of the past and concentrate on a bright future.
Have you bought anymore yet?
Ok, today was good from AFC.
Started with a bacon sanger and coffee in the cafe and met some long term holders.
Registration and then a company presentation which will be posted online.
Good feedback from attendees yesterday with various market sectors represented from parking, shopping and commercial.
Southern still going on in the background while they sort their revised grant application.
Alkamem sounds very good.
Three generations of cell on show showing the incremental development of the product.
Technical and operational demonstration of the charger comprising of the 3 elements.
1 Gas supply from bottle as it will be used on the travelling roadshow 2 The AFC stack and BOP 3 battery and power management unit.
I was very happy with what AFC have done and it all looks well designed and packaged.
Q and A probably could have had more targeted questions but we’ll all want to know different things I guess.
Thanks for pulling this together AFC

It was only a short note but at least WH Ireland released a short 1-page broker note this morning about the RNS talking about 2020 being an exciting year, as underlined by the motor show news, that is likely to see the company's efforts crystallise commercially.
We really need a few larger funds to buy into the company at 20p+ to reduce the volatility and to allow the company the room to commercialise fully in the coming months.
Fuelcell investor, I was irked by it because I thought it was someone working for AFC. Like another poster at first I thought it was Wendy, and was horrified until I saw her on screen. So in those 2-3 hours it removed the warm glow left from the RNS, which we have stopped talking about.
I must say I assumed the 5p seller was Shvidler. Curiously there have been two parties selling six figure sums, one in multiples of 100,000 to 150,000, the other selling odd numbers, often on the same day, as yesterday, though there activity seemed to have declined if late.
or even a sleigh powered by an afc like the one De Nora had on their website last Christmas. :-)
I was quite amused by the video and it was clearly just an attendee filming the warm-up. I am not sure why everyone seems to be taking it so seriously and I am sure that plenty more professional videos and stories will come out tomorrow and over the coming days.
Personally, what I find more irksome is that someone deliberately (yet again) sold into the buying today. It snacks of manipulation to try to keep a lid on it in expectation of a larger placing soon but I hope that they fail in their quest and that AFC have a few tricks up their sleeves to minimise dilution and increase investor confidence at the demo day tomorrow and beyond. After all, the 5p seller failed miserably a few weeks ago!
Even if those of you attending don't get any more information it looks as though you might at least get a nice AFC goodeybag! Wonder what will be in it? A christmas card with AB in a Santa's outfit delivering our first contract on a EV charged sleigh!!
Littlebricks. If you find any Vlogs from today please provide a link. Would love to see something more professional and of interest.
Maybe they don't need to sell it. It will walk off the shelf itself. I hope/wish that is the case.
The Vlog today was done by an independent you tube channel Planet Auto, She one one of many journalists invited. For some strange reason she decided to go live before the presentation, there were other Vloggers there no doubt their Vlog will be seen soon.
I spoke to them and the full Vlog will be out in the next 24 hours and with only a few K of followers I don"t think this will not much impact.
AFC could have had more control. but at events like this there are now so many Vloggers doing there thing, it is the norm.
At least the video doesn't appear to be found on the Planet Auto website.
I wouldn't be shy. Ask directly where the first order is coming from and when. As i said earlier, AFC have demonstrated the tech successfully today. Previous RNS related to the shareholder day and the fund raise have suggested orders on succesful demo of the product. Well. When and how much ? Got a product, now sell it.
Good luck guys.
All you guys attending tomorrow enjoy the day. Commercialisation has been along time coming! The products ready, we’re all ready and the markets definitely ready.
Looking forward to some feedbacks and more press releases.
Anyway, here’s to a better day tomorrow, they have practiced on other parties today so that Notes, Doc7, Jimmiman Gareth and I get perfection tomorrow. :-)
If they were amateurs it is strange that Fuelcellinvestor picked up on the video very quickly and posted the link to it.....
