Muscorum wasn’t aiming it at you, just in general . Fab rns and a little discussion swamped by off topic stuff.
Anyways, looking forward to the months ahead, and summer.
That will be the last off topic post. Back to posting about afc from me
Anthansius. Just for you .I have a rarther busy job.So quite often i write on here as quick as i can.I don't have the time to read through and check properly what i am writing ,so i just have a quick scan .As for being dyslexic no lucky for me i am not but thanks for caring .As for researching i do spend quite a lot of free time reading ,just not always main stream. usually i like looking back and reading up on old scientific theories..Remember the teaching of today is only that ,in another hundred years time a lot that has been written today will be debunked just as scientists are doing now on the old thinkings. So with all things in life i like to have an open mind whether that be conspiracy or not, i just don't always believe everything that is told to us by the mainstream outlets .I think from time to time everone should have there own thoughts and not to be put off by what there thoughts are and not thought as as a nut job just because of that. By the way i probably have still upset the grammer police but i don't really care kind regards mucksy
Mucksy....you said in your post to call you a nut job. Your daft assertions led me to take you up on your kind offer.
Whilst we are at it when you post please could you take some time to read before you submit? Your illiteracy and lack of punctuation make it difficult to determine what you mean sometimes. It may be that you have dyslexia, in which case I unreservedly apologise but please say so so we cut you some slack, but if not it suggests a discourtesy to other posters who will need extra time to wade through the assertions.
Just to reassure you, I'm not feeling sad.
Anthansius you are what you are take a look in the mirror. as i said if you think different to anyone else you are called names so i rest my case you have just proved me right. You are no better than a troll who calls people names from behind a key board and live a very sad life trying to put others down grow up. rarther than calling me a nut job either ignore me or reply with a little more intelligence .or even better put me on filter again
Mucksy
You are a nut job. Go and do some proper research and stop spreading this nonsense.
Muscorum I'm no scientist but i have an open mind to all things that the mainstream media force up on us call me a nut job but thats what happens nowadays if you don't conform to others beliefs. A conspiracy is just that and depends who you listen to. if its to believed coronaviruses are not new this one is just a different variation these vuruses have markers in them and no matter how they avolve the marker is still there and some believe it can be traced back to porton down .I will say again i am not claiming this to be true but an interesting theory and probably someone like yourself can disprove it
Can’t believe there’s more on this board about the virus, than Afc.
Get a grip.
So Haggis is hoping for sales of 100 units of the 160kW system, or 16MW, compared to Adam Bonds target of 1GW installed by end of 2020
It would be very difficult to protect the instigators of terrorism from the people being terrorised in that situation. Could backfire significantly.
I am into my conspiracies and i am unsure wether i believe the coronavirus is a conspiracy i like to keep an open mind .What is a worry that if a lab virus got into terrorist hands how much more damage could be caused then a bombing or stabbing. at the moment its only a mild flu like illness but imagine if it was more aggressive already its causing panick buying markets to crash etc
Hi P2P - great post. It’s good to get a size comparison like that. It really puts everything into context and emphasises the true potential of what AFC has to offer.
I find it annoying seeing perfectly good farmland being replaced by solar panels. If the site is unproductive then fair enough. I suspect that this situation may change as we need to produce more crops locally and sustainably. There should be incentives for domestic solar with solar tiles which are sympathetic to buildings. Commercial properties with large roof surface areas should also be incentivised to self generate.
Today’s RNS was again measured, confident and professional. Very encouraging indeed. It’s a shame the sky interview had to be postponed but definitely the right move.
Have a good weekend all. Stay safe and healthy !
Well, must say I’ve been cheesed off with some of the previous updates, with all the “potential, game changer, lots of interest” quotes. This seems much more thought out and very informative without to much spin.
Feeling satisfied for a change, and not frustrated wanting to ask 100 questions.
One little part stood out for me which I haven’t picked up on before is the 160kw unit. Which to my memory fits in a 40ft container, can produce upto 3.8Mwpd.
To put into context 5mw produces power for around 1500 homes
For every 5MW installed, a solar farm will power over 1,500 homes annually (based on an average annual consumption of 3,300 kWh of electricity for a house) and save 2,150 tonnes of CO2. Approximately 25 acres of land is required for every 5 megawatts (MW) of installation.
So our 40ft container can produce as much as 20 acres of solar.... IMPRESSIVE..
OR there about.
Strong RNS today, I thought. NDA's in place for a variety of potential EV charger customers; sales expected this year (of course); stronger financial position; Alkamem opportunities being explored; electrodes continue to rack up the hours. Of course we all want to see the sales, but this RNS continues the style of recent ones - steady progress, doing all the right things.....I'm delighted the SP is holding up at the moment in this febrile atmosphere - the panic is over-done IMO.
