AFC are still on their website.

AFC won’t have any control over them.
We must be due an update on HiiRoc. I hope it hasn't bitten the dust too!
DW was prattling on about Southern Oil earlier, can anybody answer his question if they can be arsed. I think it was dealt with some years ago on this bb, but for the life of me I cannot remember was was said.
There are also comments about the work being completed next door to Top Gear. It’s AFC so accept it and move on.
In one photo you can see a battery storage unit from MSP.
It’s definitely AFC’s new place.
How many firms are currently converting Harrier hangars?

Yes would be great in the grand opening was coupled with a substantial order.
Would calm the nervous and grease our palms with gold....
I have been looking at ways to find information on progress
Inside that secure site
I had images of the hanger before purchase so just looked for projects that matched the works - I got lucky but they are such great images so well well worth the effort .
I always felt that the hanger would take time
To re do the floor alone Re screed perhaps roof works as well as a very nice fit out to a good high finish
Such a big space it’s looking impressive would loved to have seen the main part of the hanger with more equipment in but even so we are getting close guys and girls
May I add what great working conditions and views from the offices overlooking the main part - bit jealous
Feel like my spurs team best stadium best training base bit of a tight and over optimistic chairman and just need the players now to get to the top
Good luck all LTH
Good detective work, Halfshell. We may need to wait for official confirmation before this has any effect but my hope is that AFC are planning an official opening with a proper press release/update and, ideally, some talk about contracts or at least more explanation about egg AFC need this facility now rather than next year.
Mind you,it would be nice to see some buying pressure and blue in the meantime!
Have to say halfshell that has to be fond of the month!!! Not one AFC member has liked it so how you found that is beyond me…well done
there is a massive delay in getting hold of all building materials at the moment all in very short supply and the prices for said materials have also gone up considerably!!!
Fantastic find halfshell and that more than anything else explains the delay in an RNS about it. Clearly a delay as those pics were last week and still need furniture plus equipment in the hanger before they can advertise it as completed. Wonder what the delay was caused by
Posted 2 weeks ago so all must be pretty much completed.
Great find halfshell.
Hi BB thanks for your reply and I hope you are well
Yes this is what I mean but more detailed than I would have presented
This takes time they are doing this correctly in my opinion
I am expecting very shortly an RNS to inform the market our new warehouse operation is complete
Take a look at this this very much looks like AFCs new office s just been fitted out - looks very nice if so -

Chicken or egg what comes first ?
You have the product ready for mass distribution then hire sales teams
Or you get sales in before to generate leads and enquiries and then base you start up size to replicate the interest ?
It’s not my field but I think he has just about made the right call.
Out of interest How would you have organised this in terms of staffing?
Personally I always felt Adam was being a bit over the top with money saving last year in terms off staffing to enter so many different types of markets .
After so Long on this board I don’t see why there is slightly more patience (not trust as I’m aware that’s not gonna happen with you in terms of the chairman) as you must be in a strong enough position to be slightly more relaxed than others .
Desert,
Take the weekend off, it’ll do you some serious good I hope. You can’t manipulate the markets at the weekend. ;)
Jim
I disagree that he has done nothing but understand why that’s assumed .
He would have been the main reason in the early stages of attracting clients through his own network plus networking pretty hard from scratch to the construction industry .
I would confidently say he drew the interest from Mace and held meetings with other construction companies .
I’m also aware that after Mace was announced that almost the next day it drew leads from all the leading Large construction contractors .
I sometimes post leads to AFC just in case it’s of interest and I can assure you from what I know that Tom is working hard and drawing leads and building continued interest from clients which is just through asking .
I think Tom’s role in sales that also meant he had to address and raise interest in our product to the construction side. This may have been a new field for him but I’m very happy as they had no one else at AFC at the time who had links to construction as far as I could tell through linked in to really enter that market . so to secure such a deal from scratch with Mace and drum up that much interested in the construction sector in such a small space of time was in my view great work and I’d say he is worth his place in the company without doubt.
Thanks BumbleB
Hopefully he’s plugging away in the background laying the foundations. Most sales people I know get very frustrated when they are not selling. He seemed like a good chap.
If contracts are being negotiated, we wont hear until the ink on the agreements is dry. However, this management team is beginning to run out of goodwill from investors. News is now required very, very soon!
