That won’t do use any harm !

Absolutely
Yes that's true, I can live with a bit of dilution at £3 per share!
I'm sure the big city finance companies will want a slice of the cake when the big orders come in! At a very small discount of course!
Aim, I don’t think that’ll go very far. I’d imagine each good-sized system costs £1m or more (£5k per kW has been mentioned before), so that’s 30 units tops. A lot less when you consider other costs that are being incurred - £4m+ basic overheads pa, the Dunsfold shed, development costs etc. And if they’re only getting in, say, £5m pa from those 30 units in lease costs then they’ll soon need further funding to build the next orders.
I read it that way too Haggis but then AFC will need funding to cover manufacturing costs and working capital or else they’ll be in a similar position to other fuel cell companies - making sales but loss-making for years.
Annuity Revenue, I read that as leasing/renting with replacement electrodes every 4 years, and rising dividends for us and the ii's Funds.
Non Executive Directors and the associated role can range from connected, proactive, useful and strategically aware to parasitic, useless, old fart just collecting another £30k a year (along with is other non exec roles) for rocking up at the office a few times a year. I have no idea where this guy sits so im not damining him - he could be the bst thing since sliced bread.
So....
Does anyone know what EXACTLY and SPECIFICALLY he is bringing to the party - what his remit is? SMART tagets, actions verbs and no adjective please!? I'm hoping he's connected and can open doors to contracts otherwise - what use is he?

I can't believe this guy has not achieved any commercial sales yet.
What has he been doing since his appointment, and why no RNS to tells us what is going on?
Just shocking, and the SP is down too
;-)
WE have IT for comms and he’s doing a decent job up to now.
Welcome aboard Gary.
Not sure why anyone would want someone younger. The whole point of a Non-Executive Chairman is to take advantage of his experience.
The last time I looked at the directors images (AB excepted) it was reminded me of a Care Home at meal time. No wonder they have (and in my opinion continue to be) behind the game on comms./PR/social media. Great technology needs to be matched by great energy now!
But I think Chloride Group plc has been taken over in 2010 (no longer exists) and it looks like Rotork plc no longer lists him as director. So, both of the statements are correct, it just Recycling Technologies stmnt lists historical appointments whereas AFC only current ones.
Next to Rennocks he looks positively juvenile.....
Sorry, "including the most recent" should have been "except the most recent".
I'm sure it's good to be bullish about his experience but at 64, he's only a couple of years away from drawing his pension.
I hope he buys some shares soon, at the current price they are a bargain and should bolster his pension when he retires soon.
DW, I also read that link and some others. The statements in the RNS seem positive, but what I don't like is that he seems to be a man with many stations/positions, some of them (including the most recent I found) left out in our RNS.
Recyclingtechnologies Press release (20.Dec.2019):
"He has a wealth of Alternative Investment Market [AIM] & Main Market experience, serving on the Boards of companies such as Chloride Group plc., Rotork plc., Spirent Communications plc. and Gooch & Housego plc where he is the current chairman."
Our RNS:
"He has a wealth of AIM & Main Market experience and is currently Chairman of Gooch & Housego plc as well as being a Non-Executive Director of Spirent Communications plc."
See, we left out some ot them in our RNS, including Recycling Technologies, where he started only a little more than a year ago.
However, the last steps of our board have always been like a piece of the puzzle in the other. I am sure they have chosen him carefully and know more than the RNS gives. Hope one of his gifts is to get ships on track :-)
Welcome Gary!
I like the Annuity mention
annuity revenue from value added services generates a sustainable,
predictable revenue and profit flow. It helps your customers realize increased
value from their purchase and can easily accelerate the time to repurchase. It engages employees from both sides it's a win win.
Good to have a fresh face but to old for me.
Thanks Mr Rennoks enjoy your free time.
Glad to see they're putting the dinosaur out to pasture. Good move and replacement by the looks of it.
What’s not to like in that RNS, positive appointment and very bold statements about expansions and sales.
The language is certainly bullish pertaining to commercialisation and revenue build up. Must be a positive and bodes well for May 5th.
Yep, first glance looks appropriate.
