Post or imminent, regardless a major step in the resolution of this debacle.
Next steps?
But it does tie with other tit bits so fingers crossed. Even if true, the question of when it will all be sorted is unanswerable.
Correct.
Lorum ipsum what it says dolar sit amet is that PSAs /should/ have beeen nec auctor sent to operators but it is nullam elementum non comfiratorium.

Dibble dabble dibble dabble where did we see dibble dabble that it was sent whoppedy doodah to the operators?
Buoyed by some reported Gov progress joel...been a long time since the contract review was completed in 2018 and the Gov seem to have finaly finished the PSA review and sent it to the Operators - Rejoice!
cperkin, I do admire your optimism, as well as your patience, along with others here.
Personally it feels like I have made a huge mistake, investing heavily here and Solo. But I did my research, made the choice, and I have to stick it out or cut my losses (which I have to admit, when it comes to Aminex I am more tempted than ever for numerous reasons).
Solo is a different story as shareholders can't do anything currently!
Having not had much luck in the past, I am desperate to turn it around and truly hope we all get what we deserve, having waited so so long.
To me though, it is the lack of anything that is just so painful. It's been years now. Years! Even the website is stuck in the 90's!
GLA - Would be nice to log on here one morning and see excitement for a change.
Well the very long awaited Gov review of the PSA's is complete their side, so it's over to the operators to respond.
When you couple that with the u turn by the Gov over international arbitration, the signs look positive to me.
GLA
Always the risk Trrime but the SP is holding up fairly well to what I thought and the posts on here from the seasoned holders suggests future optimism be it at a slow pace GLA
Hi blackgold, I believe you are right. On 06th Nov last year we had the RNS that stated:
" APT and the Company have seen recent positive movements in Tanzania with respect to the general business environment, growing demand for natural gas consumption and the approaching completion of the governmentās review of production sharing agreements. As a result of these encouraging developments, it has been agreed to fast-track select Chikumbi-1 āpre-drillā activities including construction of an access road to the Chikumbi-1 wellsite, construction of the drilling surface location, ordering of select long lead items and to progress permitting activities. This will enable the joint venture group to commence drilling operations on Chikumbi-1 as soon as possible following the granting of the extension of the Mtwara licence".
They wouldn't be doing that and APT wouldn't be looking to (as at 06th Nov) "in the very near term, to open an operations office in Dar es Salaam" if they didn't have visibility of the progress and the direction/content of the PSAs.
Certainly be great if it is true Blackgold :o)
yes fjones, but whether its draft or the final psa document, my understanding is, the new licence's have already been negotiated or re-negotiated with stakeholders i.e. AEX, WLR etc. so as i'm understanding it, now that the psa's have been sent to president Magufuli, would indicate that they have progressed now to the final stage of signatory.
Thanks AA I want the best for AEX shareholders and I will benefit too, it is moving in the right direction but be it at a slow pace, it would be nice where possible for seasoned investors to start giving timelines based if yesterday news is true, is it weeks or months before the Licence is secured as Iām getting the impression nothing going to happen before April/May let alone drilling Q2 any thoughts please GLA !!
Frank, you do alright m8, no need to explain.
I did it walking home as busy time with a family which was lovely and the fact I suffer from Dyslexia I tried to do my best, the point I was getting across was and Chris and Co know is, it is a draft at best and this is ongoing for months still and until AEX release positive RNS about progress we must be wary, however any progress is great given the current stalemate GLA !!!
I thuck about it.
Come on - a bit of group bullying!!!
We are all investors - lets have some patience here please?
Communication is communication - sometimes we all have our different ways but want the same outcome
Thick about it!!!
Frank, are you using voice dictation ? I ask this because what Buckler says is true as more often than not, we need an interpreter to unravel your missives. I guess you are the most prolific poster on this chat board and that you must have several millions shares locked in and like others, naturally anxious to the point of real concern that AEX will not succeed. If I'm right, why not try the old fashioned, although slower and more laborious way of manual typing in future ? You have every right to post on this forum, but maybe most of your messages could be just as well conveyed with a precis. There's no doubt at all your 'dates lottery' must have consumed a great deal of your time and made a dreadfully drawn out farm out process less boring than it actually has been, and my thanks to you for that.
