yep
And APT....
At every stage, there is a value of the Ntorya assets, the (risked price), whether it is now or after 3D or indeed after CH-1. I guess it depends on the value of the offers SCIR has received to date, balanced against their ability to raise its share of costs of the Ruvuma work-program 3D/CH-1, along with its desire and timing to progress its green-energy projects, of which, (deals) could well be advanced and in need of funding themselves ? Pluss what ever deal and whoever SCIR sale their Ntorya assets to, it will have to have the blessings of the TPDC.
Surely any interest will depend on the outcome of the 3D seismic results then the analysis. This could take some time because don't forget landowners on the acreage will be establishing more crops, herds of goats and easily frightened chickens.
yes this from their Strategy Update all the way back in Feb now, no doubt someone is interested at the right price, what ever that price is ?

" a revised work programme was submitted to the Tanzanian authorities and the activity path to progress the asset towards commercialisation has been agreed between the Joint Venture partners. These critical steps have been the trigger for re-engaging discussions and the Company is engaged in advanced dialogue with a number of interested parties on a sale of its Tanzanian natural gas assets. The Company continues to be the recipient of unsolicited expressions of interest and has received a number of indicative proposals for its Tanzanian assets which it is considering. Whilst there is no guarantee that any divestment transaction will complete, the Board is extremely encouraged with the progress of discussions and will update shareholders and the market in due course."
Yes BG though the longer we go without getting the answer the more likely it is to be the latter methinks? Indeed they are already likely to be "on the hook" for the cost of the seismics (if you believe the programme has already started?) and so are likely to sit it out and await the results; that is if they share the prevailing sense of optimism associated with those results? Moreover if they were unwilling or unable to fund their share of the seismics surely they are now at risk of forfeiting their 25%. Or maybe a forced sale to APT?
Though all speculation I would admit.
well I suppose, one way or another, we will hear soon enough, news regarding SCIR 25% and who its sold on to, or whether they keep it and fund the 3d seismic/CH-1 drill themselves ?
So what happened to the "wall of news" that had been predicted? And the sp jump that was supposed to accompany it? I thought we were all going to see a sharp revaluation once the Seismic Programme started? So it would be useful to understand if it has..... it seems the initiation of the programme was so important AEX decided to not even announce it!
Only joking :0)
Nope, all quiet at the moment Rojo.
News on Kiliwani would be nice...
My yawn has had a soporific effect I see.
Not even a snippet from a Tanz mag ?
Yawn...
Maybe you should sell your shares Rojo if you think 0.55p is coming. I'll gladly buy them off you, as I'm sure a lot of other people would. this stock is closely watched, with money on the sidelines waiting to buy in on the sell outs.
Not if he/she could buy at 0.55p next week eh PoC ?
Not surprised someone picked up 2.5m shares at 0.625p. What a steal.
News on the 3D seismic would be good. Must have started by now.
Great buying opportunity at this price. Measly 0.63p to buy.
Board over last few days ...see you all in few weeks
