Thanks Joel, but your bongos are far too nice to let the droopy groupie basher loose on. He doesn't know one end of a bongo from the other.
That might be true but for that we've been at this for two years and the elections were a blip on the horizon when we started.
I have a lovely set of bongos, custom made from Uganda. You are welcome to borrow them.
Mather
I think he wins a lot of votes by saying we have reviewed all the contracts and stopped western countries stealing our resources and that has taken time. All about perspective.
Anyway, enough of this frivolity. Some of us have to work for a living.
You've been booked by the Kilburn High Road working mans club?
Congratulations ! You're on your way.
GG women's institute next ?
better get those bikini atoll goggles ready for that rns when it arrives...the band just had a bulk order filled
Edgar is on triangle. Tanzania plays the penny whistle.
Its all covered. Just waiting for Pete Townshend to reply to my invitation to play lead guitar.
I do wonder though whether you should ask drewky to join the band ?
It is named after him after all.
ok..triangle then..you won't have much to do..just a ting at the end
You'll have to have a whip-round to get the bongos back from the pawnbrokers though
You've got Celticheart bashing the bongos.
"So you keep saying BG..."
well, only since 19 May
"The Tax Clearance Certificate has now been submitted to the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation ("TPDC") to be forwarded to the Ministry of Energy. The Company has now completed all the requirements to allow the Minister to grant approval of the assignment of the 50% interest in the Ruvuma PSA to APT, the final remaining condition to completion of the Farm-Out."
Aww.. Come on RJ.. Why not make it 7..join the band.. We need someone on bongos
Rojo, the perfect example - Hogey Charmichael, accentuate the negative, eliminate the positive !
There are only about 6 people on the planet who are positive about Aminex prospects, and they are all members of Goldie's Droopy Groupie Band.
So you keep saying BG...
just one signature RoJo and its out of the mud
The only thing that interests me is the SP, and its stuck in the mud.
You'd think it would be easy for the opposition to discredit his statements, citing the investment that's been waiting on the sidelines for over two years that could already have been in production and generating the energy required if it wasn't for this administration.
Agree fully CP.
yes edgar, without the excess gas that Ntorya will provide them, the new gas powered plants would not even be being considered. yes its Ntorya gas that will be driving new future gas projects for the next 10 years or until new discovery's or/if/when the (off-shore gas) comes ashore ?
"He mentioned several other projects in pipeline, with their expected power production capacity in brackets including Rusumo power project (80MW), Mlongo project (14MW), Kakono waterfalls in Misenyi to (87MW), Kinyerezi II gas power plant (248MW), and Kinyerezi I (325MW).
"He stated that his government will also use natural gas in Mtwara to produce 300MW in the region, Somanga Fungu gas plant in Lindi (330MW), Kinyerezi III (600MW) and Kinyerezi IV (300MW)."
Cperkin,
Good find. That is about as clear as it could be. News incoming. Little Aminex and solo are at the centre of the country's power plans.
Well CP that article seems to confirm my view that we will not hear anything on the F/O until after the election:
"....focused on the strategies for generating and supplying power in the country and that if elected for a second term, his government will complete all pending projects and generate more power"
N.B. "if elected for a second term"..... i.e. vote me in or risk not getting these things.
I sincerely hope he does win otherwise we run the risk of another 5 years of stagnation whilst the new administration follows Magafuli and his henchmen in filling their bottom drawers with brown envelopes.
Thanks Chris.
