The Telegram group are getting twitchy.
And there are the sells. Been the pattern recently. A few buys which are then sold into.
It's clear some are being fooled into thinking there have been no buys.
The real ask should be advertised at 0.75 but the MM for some unknown reason want to keep the spread wide
Usually the more you want to buy or sell the more or less the sell price
You would not be able to sell 500k at 0.715 unless the MM were bidding higher for shares. Hence the other trades in the 0.6's were sells.
You might be able to sell small amounts in the 0.7's
I understand the spread maverick. the quoted SP of 0.725 is the mid point between Bid 0.65 and Ask 0.80.
In theory you should not have been able to buy at 0.715, unless you were buying several million.
Tanz - I'm merely pointing out that if the news really is good, it is not matched by BUYS in the market.
And that is surprising don't you think ?
It makes me wonder and question whether the news that you're getting so excited about really is that good ?
bullfrog - the trade at 0.715 was a SELL, but yes at last a couple of buys at 0.73.
I feel sorry for RoJo trying to stem the flood of good news. It's no good using your finger RJ, you need to try something else.
Rojo check the spread - quite a few buys. I bought more today at 0.715 and that is recorded as a sell.
Last week I was getting 0.734 or something like that and all those buys were recorded as sells due to the spread.
Always best to check through dummy buys as opposed to looking at the orders
sorry 1 of the 500k was a buy at 0.715.
I see 3 buys today @ 0.73
2x 500k
1x50k
Still no buys since October 18 I see.
Not good is it ?

yes Vike ($6.25M), I'm surprised at how low the seismic and CH1 drill costs are, so potentially if successful and also the work-overs of NT-1 and 2 are ok, then APT could/would have the gas for the (early production system), i wonder whether agreements have been reached with TPDC on who pays the costs of the 20 mile ? pipe-line to the processing plant.
If we do not end up spending the $35m, we get it paid back from incomes post production, so yes vike1 I suspect it will be wishful thinking.
It will be good to see what the week brings :0)
All numbers relate only to our 25% share of the asset of course.
Zubairs picking up the tab for the first $105M of spend, which is a pretty hefty investment of capital.
Correct, it’s basically a pre-paid debit for the first $35M on any Ruvuma development. We receive 25% of all income generated regardless of monies spent. And of course will be responsible for any costs incurred beyond $35M.
With only $6.25M being spent on seismic and CH1 drill, we have a lot of runway on that farm out cash.
With lower drill costs than originally expected, I wonder if we can use some of that credit towards Kiliwani/Nyuni? Wishful thinking probably
AEX is carried to full development, up to $35m. So total spend $140m.
Northern
Yes. 25% of licence means 25% of costs and also income. Of course we know the costs are carried up to a total spend of over $100m. I cant remember the exact amount now.
work out for Aminex. Say the CH-1 drilling and further drilling goes well and income starts to come in - will Aminex be entitled to 25% of that revenue based on their share of the asset - is that how it will work? I'm just trying to understand how a valuation can be determined for Aminex depending on future growth. Have any other posters come across similar scenarios and are aware of how this works in practice?
