Our stake in Superdielectric could prove to be more valuable that our stake in the AJE oil field
I did post a while back how large a % our stake is, will look back at my posts

14 not 16 new companies (I lost count, Lol!) ...
They are all registered at the same address:
15 South End Bassingbourn, Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 5NJ where the original company Augmented Optics Ltd was registered before the name change to Superdielectrics Ltd.
I think the reason for these multiple registrations are for World Wide Patenting applications that use their innovative capacitor storage technolgy and create value for the enterprise.
In future, I would expect Superdielectrics Ltd (the parent company?) to probably be re-registered as a "Holdings Company" with all of these new satellite companies under one umbrella and maybe relocated offshore.
Could also be the precursor to them being floated with a definitive market value ... so they may look for a company with a current listing to reverse into ...ADME? ... and then encourage investors to help raise capital to fund the development of their products and applications quickly (remember, the guy who discovered the novel way to use his research, Prof. Donald Highgate (not Holgate as in my previous post) , is now nearing his 80's).
Worth keeping a close eye on....
Just had a trawl through Superdielectrics Ltd on Companies House, where we (still listed as MX Oil) have a holding of 195,000 shares, searched via the excellent "Open Corporates" website:
https://opencorporates.com/companies?jurisdiction_code=&q=superdielectrics+ltd&utf8=%E2%9C%93
Seems a lot of things have been happening in the background, without any press coverage or notifications, where the 3 main directors, Heathcote, Holgate & Spence, have incorporated no fewer than 16 new companies on 21st October 2019:
1)SUPERDIELECTRICS AUTOMOTIVE Ltd
2)SUPERDIELECTRICS AUTONOMOUS FLYING VEHICLES Ltd
SUPERDIELECTRICS ELECTRIC AIRCRAFT Ltd
SUPERDIELECTRICS ELECTRIC BICYCLES Ltd
SUPERDIELECTRICS ELECTRIC HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS Ltd
SUPERDIELECTRICS ELECTRIC INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS Ltd
SUPERDIELECTRICS ELECTRIC SHIPS Ltd
SUPERDIELECTRICS ELECTRIC TRAINS Ltd
SUPERDIELECTRICS GRID POWER MANAGEMENT Ltd
SUPERDIELECTRICS MOBILE ELECTRONICS Ltd
SUPERDIELECTRICS MOTORSPORT Ltd
SUPERDIELECTRICS RAPID REFUELLING Ltd
SUPERDIELECTRICS RENEWABLE ENERGY STORAGE Ltd
SUPERDIELECTRICS VERTICAL FARMING Ltd
Don’t worry I’m sure it will get motoring soon!
Wish it would kick in a gear or 4.
Cant believe sp still sitting here. Oh well, hopeful new year will be a better one than 2018 turned out to be
GLA
considering there has been a lot more sells than buys last two weeks the SP is holding

List Of Market Maker Signals
500 - Gap the stock. Gap can be up or down, depending on direction of 500 signal.
Lol - let's see if this closes up by close this afternoon haha ....
Seller's seem to have dried up - interesting that I can currently sell 300k shares in one go again. This is primed and ready to move up so Osa let's see what you can deliver and finally transform the company
How do you know Andrew and Anna paid that much for shares
there isn't a confirmation statement on companies House for there transactions
the amended accounts are pretty crap on companies house and its only a 0.4% ownership
too break even, the company needs to be worth £210m
i know Accounts mean little in relation to a R&D Company in the Energy Sector but i think a £210m valuation is very excessive
On last years register, as at 30th September 2018, MX Oil owned 195,000 shares purchased at £4.32 ea. = £842,400
Andrew & Anna Frangos are each shown owning 804,000 shares also bought at £4.32 = £3,473,280 each ... quite a substantial investment of around £7m for 3.2% combined. Not the sort of investment made without making sure it has a future.
There may be other holdings hidden in nominee accounts (ie JIM Nominees) where Stefan may have an interest in his own name.
A re-evaluation of the MCAP of the company could be interesting as a private concern.
with a 0.4% Shareholding its a minimal investment
i think something dodgy went on as Mr Frangos and Mrs Frangos both own 1.6% each
4 confirmation statements/statements of capital announced today ... they are being processed and will be available in 5 days.
We should get an update on the share register soon.
