I fancied Winona Ryder a lot many years ago, and I wasn't even put off when she became a shop lifter lol.
Well at least we know the first scenario of becoming profit making by 2020 is much much more likely than you hitching up with Winona Ryder lol.
".. we now move forwards to increase production.."
how will the company fund that? they don't have cash.
"... and become profit making by Q1 2020."
the company does *not* talk about becoming
profit-making in Q1 '20. ...all that they say is
that they are "aiming to become", lol, "cashflow
positive". - firstly, cashflow positive is not the
same as being profit making, is it? - secondly,
they can 'aim towards' something all they like,
that's a darn long way from actually doing it.
i am still aiming towards marrying winona ryder.
Oh yes of course they must have put so much doubt and fear into people's minds that it put off the Sheik investing into the company all them month's ago LOL.
The way I see it is that his initial investment into the company despite his recent sell off has been good for the company overall and we now move forwards to increase production and become profit making by Q1 2020.
We don't need to look far do we Spikey to see where the seed of doubt and fear is being spun from lol
i don't think the company, cornhill/ pello, stefan, frangos and the
sheikh need any additional help from anyone to put "doubt & fear"
into people's minds. they have done that very well themselves.
Well well Kafka one can only assume that you have a history of opening up lse accounts over a weekend to deliberately talk down one yes ONE share which just happens to be ADME lol.
What will be your next username hey?
Certain posters clearly working together to work their agenda of putting doubt and fear into people's minds. Pretty damn obvious hey...
"... assuming no significant increase in the Company's overheads, ADM Energy is aiming to become cashflow positive in 2020, subject to continued production, sustained oil prices and no unforeseen expenditure at project level ..."
they were also pretty careful to build in wiggle room, as above.
kafka: "So where is all the money for this investment
in underperforming fields going to come from then?"
i am a bit doubtful whether it will go ahead at all, given
what seems to be a lack of enthusiasm amongst other
partners to get a clear plan out there. i suspect they
have all looked at the numbers, sucked their teeth, &
decided that it probably needs to be parked for now.
(that would fit with panoro's apparent lack of interest.)
but if they do manage to go ahead, i think adme will probably
have to pay its share by signing away a majority chunk of that 5%.
kafka: "It’s not like they changed the name of the company or anything, or gave away 26% of the business for a tiny capital raise."
it was significantly worse than that:
from april RNS "1,335,000,000 of the Placing Shares for £534,000 representing a shareholding of 29.86%"
but that percentage didn't take into account the 8 million freebie warrants with
exercise price of 4p. [using post-consolidation figures] so the sheikh's effective
buy in-price at the time was much more like 2.5p rather than 4p, when you take into
account added value to him of getting all those warrants as an extra for his £534,000.
1.8 million of those warrants were exercised on the 19th june, when share
price in low 30s. that gave back the sheikh all /most of his initial investment,
meaning that from 19th june onwards, he had 13.35 million shares and also
6.7 million warrants which were then completely free runs for him. (i am
assuming here he was not given some additional incentive to buy into adme!)
given the above, selling shares from the exercise of those remaining 6.7 million
warrants will be pure profit for him. only way he could get that wrong is to wait
too long so that the liquidity here dries up, or if he gets trapped by a suspension.
Mccadder, you're right I will buy back if the price is right. If it isn't I'll just have to take the hit. At least I can't lose any more at this point. Which is good enough for now. I wasn't as bad as some who lost alot more.
So 40p down to the recent 6p region since consolidation taking into account the initial hype and the Sheik selling his stake last week - I'm afraid you weren't going to get a better entry than on Fri imo. You've clearly stated your intention to buy back in BlueFiesta so your desire to see this drop is plain for all to see.
Fundamentals are good here, but the only reason it jumped was due to the hype of ADM. So without that I can see a slip. I got out with as much as I could. This at least gives me flex to get back in.
Lesson learnt here, if you're up take the profit. Any merit in going for 5-10 % profits per trade...
Nothing to reply ? “@Kafka: lot of the volume is from traders trying to catch the bottom and then selling again”
That doesn’t make sense mate, go back to the trading history and have a look .. the drop was because of the panic selling at the opening which put big pressure on the BID but the sp bounced back to above 6.50p 10 mins after the opening 8:10am and never dropped below this support for the rest of the day ...
No plans to increase rate of production hey Kafka?? LOL
"the initial development drilling may result in peak oil production rates of 8,000 to 12,000 barrels of oil per day. Currently, the field is producing around 3,150 bopd."
"full development drilling might increase production to 20,000 barrels of oil per day and 100 million standard cubic feet per day of gas."
I see nothing to suggest these fields are underperforming in fact the opposite. The next 6 months are looking pretty positive imo or am I not allowed to say that incase I'm accused of ramping lol.
"The updated CPR report in 2019 provided an accurate and in-depth analysis of the Aje Field asset, with an increase in the level of reserves highlighting the future potential of the Aje Field."
"The Aje partners have renewed the production licence for a further twenty years and the Company expects to see further development drilling in 2020. Modelling work to assess the best and most profitable development scenarios are ongoing, including the formation of plans to develop the hydrocarbon reserves in both the Turonian and Cenomanian for the highest return on investment. "
Funny isn't it Woodstock 2 accounts opened only this weekend - EllenRobert and Kafka. Firstly most of EllenRobert's posts get removed and no further posts from them and all on the same day that a new account in the name of Kafka is opened with over 20 posts on nothing but adme. Funny that. LMFAO!
Despite that I see quite a few well reasoned sensible posts but certainly no pumping from anyone on LSE or Twitter for that matter.
Shameful characters here trying to pump on back of genuine long term shareholders misery .
Mcadder. I smell a rat again. Just as one is removed another one appears
Atb Woodie

I have no problem at all you quoting my previous posts. At least I don't need to open up a new account because you don't want us to see what you have previously posted which would probably be an eye opener lol.
I said that back in June when I was given the impression that the company were advanced with 2 particular project's however a month later I drew the conclusion that this was not the case despite what I'd been told plus the threat of legal action over their licences in Newfoundland was enough for me to lose confidence as a shareholder. Have a problem with that? Like I said I have absolutely nothing to hide.
The truth is you have singled me out because you know my intentions here to increase my shareholding with ADME in the coming week.
So if they are reducing debt by income received then they are in effect in profit imo as long as the debt is not being reduced by money raised via placings of course. Imo
No problem we'll consider ourselves FULLY aware of your thoughts and concerns LOL.
Quite simply if this drops to 4p on Tues I will look to increase my holding to around 1M shares. If it opens up or flat I still aim to double my holding to around 600k shares. Probably not what you want to hear Kafka as you hope and pray that this tanks LMFAO
Keep up Kafka I was invested there for 5 months - hardly a gamble - more like a long term investment that didn't play out as the company didn't deliver and still haven't so a good call by me to get out. After all we're all here to make money even if that doesn't always happen but your motivation here is all too plain to see for all of us...
Kafka you mind me asking why we ended up with more buys than sells and more importantly why the sp only dropped for the first 10 mins of the day yesterday then bounced back up to 6.50 and formed a firm support for the rest of the day ..just before eod no shares were available under 7.5p & ASKs were at 8p ?
Fact is no more heavily discounted shares from the sheikh anymore & RSI is below 18% if you know what that means so I’m confident that we’ll see sp recover on Tuesday morning !
I wouldn't worry about my investing Kafka. Nuog has been the only bad call for me in the last 3 yrs but since I sold out a month ago I've made my losses back in ICON, SXX and UKOG to name just a few. Not bad really considering. I gave Nuog a chance re the gas to wire concept but after no delivery there in the 5 months I was invested I decided to cut my losses. You see at least you get honesty from me which is more than can be said for yourself Mr Kafka with 20 odd posts and an account opened up this weekend for ADME only LOL
LMFAO tonight - Kafka firstly the point thrash is making is a valid one and looking at how the losses have reduced and available cash increased it's not hard to conclude according to the company that they should be in profit by Q1 2020 which isn't far away now. They were fortunate enough to be able to raise 500k at 16p which all helps too. You obviously don't want to acknowledge this maybe because you have previously lost considerable amounts of money and have resurfaced under a new poster name set up only this weekend. Whatever your motivation I don't really care.
Secondly you claim that us mugs are trying to suck in New P.Is to keep the SP up? I don't need or want to do that Kafka especially considering I fully intend to at least double my holding here next week providing the SP were below 10p when I do add. If it initially drops on Tues then even better as I will be able to buy even more. However it's unlikely imo given the premium paid into close for 100k shares on Fri.
