Well said ELA totally agree he's a greedy b ugger , he ain't daft Mr sheesk kebabs just a disonest trader changing the name here I wonder what the board think of him changing the name because he had doe , they look silly
"... he'll wait for the sp to recover .."
massive overhang, they are still making
additional losses each year, they need
to raise yet more money for aje, & they
still owe chunky money for grenada.
(did shareholders ever get an explanation
about that odd grenada debt? of course not.)
E-AL, which takes us right back to issue about the overhang here.
the warrants held by the sheikh still form part of a huge
overhang. i don't know if the sheikh will sell 'em for 4.5p,
or will hope to trickle 'em out on some uptick, but i don't
think he is just going to sit on them as a long-term value
investment, given his resignation & dumping of 13.34 mill.
... given he was happy to sell so many millions at 10p already,
i doubt he has a much higher target to get rid of the warrants.
& so the warrants form part of a massive overhang, with
plenty of people hovering over sell button for an uptick.
hence, my post earlier:
"the sheikh still has several million warrants with
an exercise price of 4p to go ... dumping them will
be pure profit for him, so long as the bid is above 4p.
those remaining warrants plus the 3.125 million 16p placing
shares are a hefty enough overhang in their own right, but
also plenty of badly hurt pis who bought on thurs between
12p to 16p are still stuck with those 13.35 million shares.
that's something like a 22-23 million share overhang here,
(disregarding what any LTHs are thinking at this point, &
without taking into account whatever frangos' plans are.)"
gonna take something startling to clear 23 million overhang.
@ Spikej,
You and Kafka both claim to not have any shares in this company. Yet you have both spent the entire weekend on this board telling everyone what a bad investment this company is.
Did you both open shorts on Friday thinking the share price would drop further, and are now frightened it will go up on Tuesday?
Or are you both so sad you have nothing better to do?
So lets just assume the sheikh is still entitle to the warrants. Do you think he is dumb enough to offload his chunky position to the market , crush the share price then straight after exercise the warrants and sell them around within the 4.5-6p which is just 0.5-2p above what he'll pay to get them?!
of course not .... if he is still entitled to them then he'll wait for the sp to recover then exercise the warrants and sell them in double figures !
mcadder, you said that you thought he would not be entitled to
the warrants now that he has resigned from the board. but of
course, although you still fail to acknowledge this, the sheikh
never was on the BoD. if you believe that he is not entitled to
those warrants from the april placing, but accept that they have not
been cancelled, then explain who you think owns the warrants now?
(do you think there are 6.7 million warrants exercisable
at 4p floating around, but nobody at all owns them??)
Why don't you concentrate on the facts instead twisting what I said Spikey.
I never said they we're cancelled it might pay for you to double check what I actually said there's a good chap
easy enough to check the company's own website to
see the number of warrants extant, rather than rely
on the wishful thinking of rampers on this chat board:
http://www.admenergyplc.com/investors.html
mcadder, can't you read? the company themself clearly tells you
in their RNS about the sheikh's resignation as president that he
was NOT a BoD member. he got them just for being a placee.
ADME's own website, updated on 25th august, states:
AIM Securities in Issue: 49,638,497
Warrants in Issue: 6,700,000
nothing about cancelled warrants, mcadder.
i can appreciate that you might *wish* that he
wasn't entitled to them, but that's different to
the actual state of affairs. so you are attempting
to mislead others on this board when you claim
that the sheikh's adme warrants were cancelled.
By the way Spikey it ain't market abuse to draw an assumption about the warrants considering we are discussing someone who was sitting on the board until just Thurs and has now resigned!
My view is he shouldn't be entitled to them anymore - simple
I think you've been sitting in the sun for too long . Lol
the april placing has not been cancelled or withdrawn.
the sheikh paid up £543,000 for new shares issued
by the company. --> so the company still has that
placing money. --> and the placees still have their
warrants, until they choose to exercise or sell them.
attempts to pretend that the warrants have been
cancelled, in the absence of any RNS from the
company, seem feeble attempt at market abuse.
mcadder, the sheikh was not awarded 4p warrants for being a BoD member.
firstly, those 8 million warrants were announced as grants to **placees** when
the april placement was made, not for BoD responsibilities or performance
targets. & secondly, the sheikh was never a BoD member of adme anyway;
"ADM Energy plc, an oil and gas investing company quoted on AIM, announces that it has been notified that His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Dalmook Al Maktoum has resigned from ***his non-Board role *** as President of ADM Energy ..."
[*** emphasis added]
Adrian. Mcadda. I wouldn't bother with users with few posts.
Atb Woodie
Pretty sure you'll find he'll not be entitled to them. He invested yes but for just a few months then resigned without warning so I think the company would have something to say about that don't you Kafka?
Your loose market valuation doesn't take into account the improved cash position the company is now in plus the improved CPR estimates and being closer to generating profit so 4.5p? Yeah right lol
I wonder why you guys are hanging around after you sold out for big losses. It seems you want investors to do the same. Fortunately serious investors can see only sour grapes on your part.
Er no.....he's stepped down from his role on the board and sold all of his shareholding but should lose any entitlement to any warrants as a result of resigning.
Plus we can safely assume he is completely out now with regards his shares...
"As part of the process of stepping down from the position, the Company has today been informed that His Highness has, or shortly will have, disposed of all of his shareholding in the Company, comprising 13,350,000 ordinary shares, through the market."
the sheikh still has several million warrants with
an exercise price of 4p to go ... dumping them will
be pure profit for him, so long as the bid is above 4p.
those remaining warrants plus the 3.125 million 16p placing
shares are a hefty enough overhang in their own right, but
also plenty of badly hurt pis who bought on thurs between
12p to 16p are still stuck with those 13.35 million shares.

so if the new CEO announces a personal purchase using
his own cash of 22,500,000 shares, then would sort it out?
Oh and no more heavily discounted shiekh’s shares out there anymore ; )
Yes I'm with you all the way on that one EAL
There will be customers as usual buying and some surprises, All my stock went down 3 years ago with Brexit losses 15k but still positive with some of my stock and ADME , people who panicked Friday is the way other people make money the market makers had a field day . Tuesday will be exiting , I love a calculated risk ..
Well said Paul, add to that 6.50p became a firm support 10 mins after Friday’s opening drop & RSI atm is around 18% which indicates ADME been heavily oversold so sp will very likely recover on Tuesday morning !
We're all in the same boat here , but I did not sell on friday I bought more stock , no body knows how many shares the sheikh has and Stefan, why did the name change take place , game playing , you will find they may buy back or new investors.
There is still rich oil picking out there for now ,, battery power will take over environment calling , nothing is safe , banks fell Barclays ECT I sold them30 times and more tab were 6p at one stage you have to speculate to accumulate diversifie have lots of different stock pockets of 5k .
ADM surely have a nose on here , we have a grate CEO, people who are on Aim can invest in blue stock and get 20% return if get it right .
ADME has potential by next Friday you will find it's up
