Demand on friday was immense.. 8-10p this week. this is an easy 3 bagger imo
Then calculate the PE ratio for the sector which is typically a PE of 15-17
Hopefully Degsy, they will be two additional deals to the £400m fast-track datacentre arrangement, where a 32 share of £400m would be worth £12.5m to Cloudcoco/AD4 as well as a potential springboard to much bigger and greater things on the back of it.
The current sp gives AD4 a market cap of £7m , and so the enlarged share capital on the merger against the current sp would equate to a combined market cap of only £13.8m with almost no debt, and so the datacentre deal alone covers the current projected valuation, and with AD4's and Cloudcoco's existing business and potential new business in the pipeline, 10p and a market cap of £44.5m could look decidedly modest in the coming weeks imho. Gl ;-)

CloudCoCo to have 49% so AD4 maintains the controlling interest.
Wonder who the two new “Very large and exciting new clients” are that they have signed.....
Chimers any ideas?
Cheers keep-it-real, looks like we're in the right place at the right time.....Very exciting. ;-)
Great post Mm
It's very unlikely that anyone will be flipping shares in their own company anytime soon imho , and following the proposed merger/acquistion the new enlarged share capital will be 445,225,686........Cloudcoco will hold 218,160,586 and the Directors and Major Shareholders of AD4 currently hold 75.10% of AD4 shares in issue which equates to 170,528,061 and only leaves 56,537,039 in public hands , which will only represents 12.6% of the new enlarged capital in free float when the deal is completed. ....Shares are going to be rare as hens teeth imho.........Get'em while you can!!! Gla ;-)
With what seems to be in the pipe for CloudCoCo I doubt the stock will be flipped. Interesting stuff tho. Big thanks for chimers for the heads up before the ball got rolling.
Only reason I asked is 216M shares to Coco. Were prob worth £1.8M Today they are worth over £7M.Will there be any embargo on selling new shares otherwise there could be some profit taking??? At pres only 25% of the shares available.Just wondered!!!
it unlocks a big prize
The anticipated consideration for the Proposed Acquisition is 218,160,586 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of Adept4 (the "Consideration"), which would represent 49% of the enlarged issued share capital following completion.
