When was the sp last at 5p it must be over a decade a go.
Anyway a 30p spread right now Bid 1.90 Ask 2.20, how often do you see a 15% spread?
"I'm not selling them until at least 5p" - enjoy the wait while your cash misses out on better opportunities.
I think you're talking to people that bought at 5p plus.
I bought a lot at .81 but I'm not selling them until at least 5p......
Plenty of reasons for this superbly run company to rise!
Just trying to be helpful CandB.
In case anyone missed it amongst all the drivel on here -
M20ASH spews out the same old facts that I've been hearing time and time again.
Notice that I said "facts" not "same old rubbish", because he is right. Everything he wrote is true. I do not dispute the facts.
My point is that the sp is immune to good news. You won't make money here and posh words like disingenuous and encapsulate won't make nay difference either.
So I am right - Too much BS on this board. One for suckers only. Money to be made elsewhere.
Evening yourself, john. It's early hours Thursday now over here and the rain has petered out. We were warned of Flash Flooding but it turned out to be a steady downpour which gets absorbed rather than run off into what we call "washes" (dry gulleys) most of the year. We're forecasted more showers at the end of next week. Our daytime temps have dived somewhat down into the mid-60sF and next week will see us in the 50sF.....and to think it was still hitting 100F at the end of last month.
In our winter the temp drops 20F as soon as the sun goes down and is coldest just before dawn.
I see our sp has climbed just after your opening but I still think it's gonna be a roller ride for a few months. But ASH has imho pretty well nailed the likely future path of the Company and I think we will come out comfortably with a good return on our investment. AIM right now is riddled with firms that were tipped for high returns a year ago and they have taken real whacks. Yet their loyal adherents are still ramping. At random, just look at the track record of say Petromatad or Amur Minerals. Range Resources is damn near finished and Herencia is about kaput. These were all bright stars once but the difference is Ariana has successfully started earning money and paying off its debts.
Hi John
Not doing too bad, keep looking in here for news but realise it could be a long time to wait, but I'm patient.
Clarets doing ok, but tough December coming up. We need to discuss cars to pass the time away!!
Hi Claret.
Burnley not doing so badly, hope you are keeping well
The first Noel, so if you sold out ages ago to make good money elsewhere, why waste time keying messages on here...time's money don't forget.

Another driver over the next 2-3 years - a JV in Salinbas/Ardala perhaps?
Night all, who knows, and RNS at 7?
Evening all, clearly a good deal of animosity between some of our regular posters & Mr Shempsky. Having back tracked through his posts I can understand why.
For my part, I thought his post was unnecessary and disingenuous, but I suppose everyone’s entitled to their opinion.
Moving on and following on from my reply to Joe, I just wanted to try and encapsulate where we are right now, given that the share price is somewhat stagnant in comparison to many other companies right now and try and identify the key drivers over the next 2-3 years.
1) Tavsan - targeting 50k oz per annum with increased sales & profit.
2) Repayment of borrowings combined with increased profits, generating sufficient free cash flow to allow further dividends to be paid to group that will eliminate retained losses, which will in turn allow dividends to be paid to shareholders.
3) Continued expansion of the portfolio with extended LOM on the existing project, addition of satellites & fast tracking of pipeline to demonstrate continuity of resource and income.
4) Continued alignment of shareholders interests with those of the BoD, including greater transparency in reporting and communication.
No doubt it won’t be a straightforward path because there are many factors, not least the price of gold and silver (or even copper). We may see a drop in output over the next two years, if the throughput of ore grade declines without an increase in capacity, but that may present both an opportunity to trade or a willingness to ride things out for what’s around the corner - each to their own.
Like many others here and on the ADVFN board, I’m in this for the long term because I do believe it will be a success story - not life-changing perhaps, but worth staking a sensible amount to make a difference.
Nuff said, too many beers!
Cheers, Ash
Evening DJ. How was the rain?
How terribly lovely for you, Noel. Now foxtrot oscar, hillock.
Or somebody said beetlejuice three times perhaps?
Ha! Is that who it was? I did wonder as a filtered message appeared.
With a name like Noel perhaps he's emerged again because its nearly Christmas
Thank you for your useful contribution Noel, I 'm sure most of us found it very helpful. Perhaps you should consider an investment blog with such erudition, people would flock to sit at your feet and delight in your wisdom.
Enjoy the film John. Nothing confirmed for Monday yet but I agree Tavsan is key to realising solid value. I would like to get the timescales set out. Don't meeting a Gantt chart!!!
Not just local consultation meetings, but E.I.A. submission to the Ministry of Environment, the update Resource leading to Reserve and extended Life of Mine, the J.V. internal feasibility study, the forestry permits, etc. leading to finance, construction and production. Hopefully production by 2022. I also note you comment about Kizilcukur. Potentially this must also apply to other 100% owned satellite pits.
There is an article in Hot Stock Rockets or is it Hot Rocket Stocks or Stocks Rocket Hot for anyone who follows that!!!
Hi VanVan. I also plan see the film, just not yet got around to doing so.
I can't make Monday unfortunately, so no Pizza Express for me this time! I guess you know the sort of things we all want to know, but would appreciate if you can find out (assuming you are going) whether Tavsan EIA is on schedule for submission by year end and the likely timetable to production/profitability from that point onwards. Also can they give an estimate of the Kizilcukur costs which will for the basis of the 3x calc for JV inclusion.
Thanks John
For all the petrol heads I went to see the new LeMans66 film last evening. Still a bit twee but how much longer will we be allowed to listen to a tuned V8. Interesting to learn more about Ken Miles as well.
Anyone going on Monday out of interest?
