Very few trades to-day but most were buys. At least our ducks are all lined up positively in Ariana these days. There are disasters all over AIM among firms which a year ago were hugely tipped. RRL, MATD, AMC and perhaps worst of all.... SXX (Sirius) at over 50% fall in the last 24 hours.
M20ASH - tRumpo may well be running a little scared these days for a variety of reasons and especially New York Courts.
John, I have a feeling that the interims may be a little disappointing to some, but I’m looking for confirmation on my expectations, which will bode well for full year results. If that’s the case, it may well present an excellent buying opportunity before the 3rd quarter numbers are out.
Optimistic on POG because I just cannot see a quick resolution to the US v China impasse. Weaker China data may give rise to more concessions, but my gut feel is that the Trump administration want it all their own way & that’s unlikely to happen imo. We shall just have to see...
VanVan, financially I cant see many surprises in the interims but the commentary will be interesting. Talking of finance, the production for Q3 will be available in October but not the financial result - that wont be available until November although we can have a good guess before that! Agree that there is other information due 'sometime', but as all us old fogeys know no news usually means a drift - wouldn't be surprised to see 2p on the bid unless there is an upwards movement in POG
John - I think you’ll find that the 6 month Interims come first. Perhaps early next week. Then as you say the Quarterlies in early October. I look forward to those as they will reflect the higher gold & Silver prices. News about Kizilcukur ( coming into the JV with Proccea) Salinbas (possible JV or Strategic partnership perhaps) and or Kepez news could come at any time. I expect the important news re: Tavsan (EIA & PFS) will be nearer to Christmas and perhaps the exciting new Resource/Reserve and extended Red Rabbit life of mine will be November / December. Perhaps the Interims next week will give the Co. an opportunity to set out some of the detail.
Wrong "Canuk", john. Your's is rather a "Chase" (lol). Our's is a slang term for our northern neighbors (like from Quebec or British Columbia etc).
Well Parliament is in recess so why not everything else for a while? Are you a "trekkie"? https://imgflip.com/i/3a2c4h

I'm a Brummie, I live now about 10 miles south of 'Canuck' if its the one I'm thinking of. Sounds like a fine gal. And being a common Brummie its Shrewsbury for me (10 miles in tother direction towards Wales).
As for AAU, you tell me. Unless the RSA affects POG then we have 'sod all' news expected for a month when Q3 production figures are due. AAU tends to drift (down) when there is no news in my experience.
Right john. NE=North East seemed just too obvious to believe. My wife has great trouble with UK place names...so I hear Lyesester, Chizzwik, Sall-ford etc. We don't even talk about Happisburgh, Keighley, Irlam o' th' Heights or Bessies 'o th' Barn. Then of course there is Chyechester and nearby Ay-run-dell. I'm not even sure about whether it's Shrewsbury or Shroesberry? The Missus is 50% Yankee/50% Canuck and I've taken flak spelling or pronouncing Adirondack, Potomac, Schenectady & Sault Sainte Marie. Then we have all our Native American names (I'm not going there!) and Spanish ones ( La Jolla is La Hoy-Ya).
Anyway, your pound is around 1.25 to the USD (since Cameron started name-calling Johnson and Gove). That's 5% increase this month - must be prompting ya'all for Winter pilgrimages to Disney World/Land and maybe McDonald and Budweiser shares will be going up. Let us hope Ariana starts climbing to new heights this week as well !
North East (I always have trouble spelling those placenames and end up looking them up each time) and market cap which is c.£23 against a probably free cash flow attributable to AAU from 4/2020 of c.£10m.
Sorry, john, but you've lost me with your abbreviations. To me NE = Nebraska and MC = Member of Congress. What am I missing here?
Jam tomorrow is slightly cynical DJ, that implies a much rosier but still unknown near horizon - while that may be true in the longer term in the NE we do have significant free cash flows (compared to MC) commencing in just over 6 months for the best part of a decade. Good luck to Burnley (the LSE AAUs team?) vs Brighton and have a great weekend all
John - there ain't much to say about Ariana...it's all about "jam tomorrow" innit? Meanwhile Boris has all but been given the bum rush and imho only your Liberal Democrats offer a centrist future. The really good news is that the £ (GBP) is rising quite reasonably now that BBBB (Boris' BS Baffles Brains) is no longer steering the House towards a no deal precipice. Bank stocks rising too (bad news for me 'cos I need to buy into LLOY again early next week). As always - have a Wonderful Weekend. Regards to All, DJ
= 2, totalling about 3 grand. Think everyone has given up and gone home
