To correct the misinformation you are spreading cloggy, the visibly unwell minister you asert as having COVID has actually tested negative.
Dutch - I agree that AAOG could rocket. In fact, I would say that it is far more likely than not that it will. All it needs is a half decent asset put into it and any investor who has got in at the same price as Forum is highly likely to make a significant profit.
That said, I have qualified repeatedly this is a gamble based on the fact that Forum have spent £500,000 on acquiring a shell at an average price of 0.5p. We can assume that they have a plan to get the share price to may multiples of 0.5p in order to make a profit on their investment. The success of an investment in this stock (given that we know nothing of the assets that will be reversed in) is predicated solely on the assumption that Forum have a sensible plan and are intelligent enough to carry it out. That said they were smart enough to have £500k available to take control of AAOG so it is a safe bet that they are smart enough to have a sensible plan.
My take on this is very simple. If you can get in at a price of lower than 0.5p then you are guaranteed to make money as Forum will ensure that they do and you will have a better buy-in price than Forum. However, I think that anything up to 1p will still multibag once assets are put in.

I forgot to add we are the original stock exchange traders Verenigde Oostindische Compagnie ...and we do know a bit about how this all works :-)

christ who made you the sheriff all of a sudden
you've been asleep for almost 3 years and only been here 5 mins and yet you and that other authoritarian thaibum were discussing quarantines only yesterday
go pen another 1000 word essay on your latest hunch and give the dutchy some peace
related to Tilburns Quarantine post ....and why the UK needs to SCRAP these vey belated ""reactive"" stunts which will harm the UK more than the Virus itself.
AAOG as a Cash Shell could Rockets depends on what Forum have in Store.. When I say rocket I mean it is not unusual to for Cash Shells to do 300-500% overnight.

Out of curiosity, why are you posting Covid statistics and Dutch tourism information on this site? In fact, most of your posts on this share discussion forum seem to be about both Covid 19 and how wonderful the Dutch are - neither of which I could care less about.
Please keep your discussion here relevant to the topics in question or post elsewhere. Thank-you.
The UK Government has been a failure throughout the CV19 Crisis
These Quarantine rules are 12 weeks to late when the rest of Europe and even African nations are way ahead of the situation haven taken decisive action...
A reminder (figures earlier this week)
Covid-19 deaths yesterday:
Spain 2
Italy 87
Germany 24
France 52
Turkey 28
Belgium 42
Sweden 84
Portugal 14
Ireland 6
Poland 13
Romania 13
Hungary 8
Netherlands 28
UK 324
Now you have Government Minister turning up to work Sweating profusely with CV 19 ..... The UK must have the most incompetent administration in the Western World (except Trump) ....
Here in NL as of yesterday the UK has now been specifically been blacklisted for travel to & From.

IMO the government will relax the quarantine in the first two weeks of July. I think that the only reason it exists at the moment is to stop UK citizens taking their government funded furlough money and going abroad to spend it. UKPLC wants summer holidays to be at home this year so that UK government money goes to support UK bars / hotels / restaurants and not Spanish / French / Greek ones.
The Government need to relax that 2 week quarantine for travel back to UK, as many international business deals and decisions will stall, this share being an example of the delays induced perhaps but there are many.
If the RTO target is metals in Africa with Dexter background, many African countries have done very well managing Covid, much better than UK.
Price holding steady after that £8 buy. So is it safe to buy or will it drop further?
I suggest that you check DS's room at the new ATOG offices, maybe the missing computers are in there - and who knows what else you may find...
They could always video call instead of travelling unless the previous board members stole the computers as well as everything else.
The old board should be there until new board members are appointed in order to ensure that they maintain a quorum - I imagine that somewhere buried deep in the company statutes is a minimum requirement of board members. They will have absolutely no decision-making ability though and will just be picking up a wage to be there.
New board members will be appointed when the new asset if vended into the company. They will obviously have appropriate experience to whatever the asset is - though looking at Dexter Ferreira's background it is almost certainly going to be a mining asset.
The wait continues, but I think that Tiburn is right - it is the lack of air travel that is slowing things down at the moment.
Key is the past board that remain currently have no decision making ability now whatsoever - are in essence and literally on garden leave until their contract is terminated in due course - as to when none of us can 100% call - however it makes no difference either way to Forums plans, on which all hopes rest.
New shell , RTO asset target(s), new board, well capitalised financial backer - and so - new prospects.
Why??
they won't have been served notice, they'll be on the payroll until the final days
Approaching a month since AAOG became a cash shell:
"Upon Completion, expected later today, the Company will become an AIM Rule 15 cash shell and, as such, is required to make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitutes a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14 (including seeking re-admission under the AIM Rules for Companies) within six months from this date."
Cash for five months with no further funding at that time with the £200k from sale of Tilapia - so £40k p/m, which is a much lower burn rate than ever before, its obvious Forum now control the spend, there is nothing for Cope and Beck to do now, nothing.
Im hoping that a month was the notice period for Cope and Beck and they go on Jun 4th.
Then once air travel is fully open, the RTO target Forum must have already identified could go ahead in negotiation and completion.
