Barking, regards the court case I think we will be notified if anything of significance develops. However, I do agree we should have been notified about the rig progress as we were informed by latest RNS with end of November date. It's been noted !
I feel this board is performing as well as this share is, lol.
Tiptop the company has stated they will not answer enquires from mere mortals and only issue news via RNS, however they don't seem able to do that either.
As you have on many occasions proclaimed to have been in contact with the company you seem to be above this embargo. Why don't you or maybe Truthfactory , who qualifies due to his substantial holding, ask the direct question with regards the court case. What is the present situation with this as you can bet if a case had been won they would have put out an RNS.
Barking, your right, it probably will disappear under a deluge of positive news ;0)
Fair enough we shall see but I shall be, lets say, surprised if we get any news about this court case this year as i think it will all just disappear.
Are well you see Barking old chap, I'm assuming that AAOG operate under the astronomical Autumn , which states December 21st :)

Either way there should be news soon.
I can’t find the French law court sittings but they won’t be far off the uk terms.

Tiburn FYI
Meteorological Seasons
Spring: 1 March to 31 May.
Summer: 1 June to 31 August.
Autumn: 1 September to 30 November.
Winter: 1 December to 28 February.
So my guess is it's never going to happen or has happened and we got nothing. But no RNS is the norm.
If their not striking with the rest of them!
One news item that should not be delayed is the Paris commercial court date for mediation, set months in advance, concerning a French and British company legal disagreement.
RNS July 15th:
“Following poor performance by SMP in the drilling of wells TLP-103 and TLP-103C the Company attempted to enter into negotiations with SMP to recover some of the cost overruns incurred by the Company. SMP refused to engage in such negotiations.”
“The Company therefore launched legal proceedings in the Paris commercial court against SMP to recover costs of $3.1 million relating to SMP's underperformance.”
“Advice from International counsel in London, Paris and the Congo was that the claim by the Company had merit.”
“Under the rules of the Paris commercial court, mediation is a normal step and the court in Paris has now set a date for a supervised mediation meeting in the Autumn.”
Autumn finishes Saturday Dec 21st
Business days in period from Monday = Ten
Expected RNS within two weeks on upto $3.1million award, this money is not required for sidetrack drill operations and, if awarded, could contribute towards the pipeline, TLP-104 drill or Tunisian asset procurement costs.
