ELEMENT ASA: GENERAL MEETING HELD
An extraordinary general meeting in Element ASA was held today to discuss a proposal from Alpha Blue Ocean Inc. regarding amendments to the composition of the Board of Directors. The general meeting rejected the proposal to make amendments to the Board of Directors. "
Ds is an executive chairman. Which means he has day to day involvement in the decision making. He is paid accordingly. However, having involvement in so many other companies as an executive chairman is wrong and his role should be changed to non executive chairman and his salary adjusted accordingly.
Fair play gmcc - each to their own. I too find your posts informative, so please do keep them coming! Certain naysayers have indeed proved useful on the very odd occasion - they may even have (inadvertently) been influential in aaog switching to a better finance deal. However the more knowledgeable and "useful doomers" rarely frequent LSE - they are elsewhere.
The LSE board does seem to have become a lot more readable since most members are now starving the regular low rent buffoons of oxygen. The current batch seem to suffer from the same cognitive impairment - poor memory recall, causing them to fluff their lines and repeat themselves incessantly. On a positive note they seem to display a flair for creative writing.
I seriously doubt that I have missed anything from this current lot by going down the full filter route over the last few weeks. At the same time I respect and understand others choosing the less extreme route - however we should never kid ourselves that trolls crave nothing more than engagement.
The Riverfort ramping machine will no doubt be whirring into action some time soon.....expect fun and games - let's hope the BOD back it up with solid operational progress to support a sustained rise in the sp in the run up to production. GLA
Hi Sardy : If Stereotyping works for you - fair enough, as AAOG investors we both want the company to succeed so wish you well & good luck !
Personally I am invested in aaog and am confident that David Sefton doesn’t run it alone, if he is not pulling his weight I am sure there are people that will tell him so .it is not unusual for people at this level to be involved with more than one company at a time. I have no interest in listening to people with an agenda to destroy this company. Relevant news will be rns’d
Good morning everyone : Message boards are public forums , attracts all types , some apparently use different alias , some have different agendas , some use the filter -your choice !
Not really the individual poster that matters , more whether info provided is relevant to AAOG ?
DS does seem to get involved in different business entities , whether this new possible appointment (still to be ratified ) will have any bearing on AAOG operation is a moot point ( Apart from the obvious distraction & possible conflict of interest )
