macgerry: LSE is a very useful site, you’ve got a lot of information available in one place here. But their policy of banning informed posters who are not optimistic about the prospects of a company has caused many of these posters to de-camp to ADVFN, where in some cases the standard of debate is at least as good now as on LSE. Angus Energy is a good example and it seems a debate is now being held across the two bbs! There are trolls on both sites, sadly. And Ocelot.
If this board disappears we should all move to advfn for discussions. I had shares in minco now delisted. Board here went but still remains on advfn .
S740:
The company can still issue an RNS its just a non-regulatory one via the London Stock Exchange RNS Reach service, see link.
https://www.lseg.com/areas-expertise/market-information/regulatory-news-service/reach
Also from the 4th May RNS: "The Company will continue to use the Regulatory News Service to update shareholders as it progresses any transactions."
So there is still a possible channel for RNS news but whether we see anything or not who knows.
Pet1, delisting isn't the same as ceasing to be, it's now AAOG Ltd, not plc. It still exists as a private company and we still hold shares in it, at least for now. Future news will appear on the company website or possibly by direct correspondence, as private companies cannot issue an RNS. That's my understanding of the situation anyway.
Hopefully we well know more next week, there will some sort of vote soon but us small shareholders would not make a difference to the outcome
I thought that when you delist a company it is gone. So how can you use its tax
losses.
Thats exactly what I done lol
I first bought here at 10p also and averaged down at 2.5p and again at. 75p and .45p
I now have a shed load at average 1p
I've written it off but who knows, miracles can happen!!
I was once invested here long while back ditched all at 10p lost about £6000 could of been worse like anything in life.
I really do hope you all get something back here but doubtful to be honest.
David Sefton and Co should be ashamed of themselves but those guys could not give a dam about folks who put hard earned cash into company in first place.
Honestly fingers crossed for you guys and hope something happens favourable!
Regards,
Tig.
I think someone said that they can’t say anything until officially delisted so maybe an RNS Monday
Today is the last day of aaog and will be officially delisted, this board might disappear as well after today and we need to get updates from the aaog website
I also bought at 10p and averaged down to 2.2p. I am hoping to get my money back.
I thought yesterday a 2nd RNS was released saying today there will be trading. This RNS was
deleted?
I 1st bought in at 10p and bought a few more shares on the way down, I think my shares average now are at 0.93 a share so I am hoping for my money back
Better odds of a wee donkey flying, fella.
Dose anybody think that one day we might get some off our money back?
