Will there be a half yearly report end of September?

I think that it would be worth looking at the email format of the company and then sending this to the new directors. Cope won't care as she is on borrowed time anyway.
Just sent this to the company, I doubt I shall get a reply.....is there even any in the offic during the week to read it ?
Dear Sir/madam.
Could you please set up a dedicated email address for shareholders to communicate with the company.
I have emailed Ms Sarah Cope on numerous occasions over the past 12 months and not received any replies.
Shareholders are owners of this company and many are extremely down on their investments and feel it only right to have a line of communication and valid questions answered from the board of directors or PR company.
Thank you.
Peter, I wish I knew but I suppose it will drop when they are ready.
How long until you think that we will get some news on the RTO?
There are some bold moves being made for securing new assets in these times by companies in natural resources sector - its probably a very small window of opportunity with the oil price crash and recession fears.
If Forum havnt secured a good RTO deal at this time then their paymasters may ask why they didn't seize the opportunity amidst this chaos, Covid has changed priorities, matters become more urgent for sellers to downsize assets by sell off and focus on core business, there are many bargains to be had in oil and gas sector especially - the Forum plans may have expanded or changed tack.
The chances of ATOG getting started now I would say is about zero, I feel no institutional investor will go near them nor would private share holders. With the world wide problems still on going cash must be running out for them. Perhaps a spell of stacking shelves in pound stretcher would do them good.
As they say “ what goes round comes round”.
Well I would not disagree with that but I still firmly believe that the architects of our demise were DS and JB - SC was just an acolyte in my view; left behind to wipe their arses. Quite likley that she will be rewarded with a sinecure at ATOG but with DS and JB in the chair she surely cannot rely on it. She must know that she could not trust them further than she could spit!
Indeed ,Pete
but she DID have a good CV and business skills DS may still find useful - or not
Frankly, I don't give a flying where she goes, just as long as she does go from here - and soon
What possible use would they have for her at ATOG Tiburn, she has no shareholders to deceive or swindle there.....?
Once a shell has been taken over all of the old board are just marking time until they move on.
Irish, fair one, but i dont expect any news from her, at most she will just sign a Forum prepared statement in RNS
Cope didn't appear to have a clue what was going on under DS and has been silent on the £3m drill funds going missing, blocked all chance of getting a good deal for Tilapia etc - I trust her 0% to do anything in shareholder interest im afraid.
I think that hasn't changed with Forum either on RTO work, I don't think she is in the loop at all on what they are up to as it is price sensitive information, I very much doubt they are prepared to share any info with her.
IMO only she is just marking time until she moves to ATOG.
Tiburn, as much as I admire your enthusiasm we still don’t have as much as a hint from our esteemed chairwoman that we are even looking for an asset to takeover.
Needless to say no reply to my email i sent yesterday , perhaps she is too busy doing deals across the globe.
Forum are not accountable to AAOG shareholders (yet) , but they do have two board members that are presumably evaluating RTO assets and completing due diligence to their satisfaction.
A lot of this can be done by desktop research of documents issued to them, but due to lockdown this data exchange may have been much slower, face to face meetings cant occur etc.
Many countries opening up this month however and travel is possible.
It would be hoped that DD is almost done, pending final review and wet signatures in person, we do not yet know what's required or where Forum need to travel, but its not unreasonable to assume this may be the case this summer.
Another aspect is the unprecedented times from February to date have provided opportunities for companies to secure Licence areas and assets in natural resources that may not have been possible normally, especially if they are cash rich. This opportunity could not have been foreseen by Forums backers, may have caused their RTO plans scale to change to capitalize on the opportunity presented, their original RTO target idea back in Jan may not be the case now - that can only mean bigger or more assets if they wish to use this time to best advantage for future profit, maximise the use of this cash shell they will have board majority in and then take forward.
