guess rumours are true. #aaa /#mesh will relist at about £1. Well done all holders
Placing at 80p per share.
Rns just been issued. Aim listing to be cancelled, replaced with international listing at some unspecified point in the future.
Aaqua now added to https://candyventures.lu/portfolio/
There is still time, the options surrounding the Aaqua/Sentiance deal don't expire until October/November/December respectively.
I've registered on the website too, but not received any acknowledgment like yours.
I guess its just going to be a "wait and see".
We do have to reconcile that there are so many big names, with heavy investments in this share: Ackers, Candy, Rosen, HSBC and some heavy hitters on the payroll too - these people will most likely have a much more informed idea about where this is heading compared to most of us "low" level players.
Fingers crossed for some movement soon though.
I've registered on the AAQUA website and rec'd acknowledgement, part of which contained this line -
"You have now been added to our invite list and we will be in touch to tell you more about Aaqua and how you can become a founder Member during our closed Beta phase."
Closed Beta Phase will be when they're de-bugging the software. When this phase starts and how long it takes will determine the launch date but I suspect it's maybe not as imminent as I'd hoped
I've registered on the AAQUA website and had a reply although this comment leads me to think that a launch is some way off
"You have now been added to our invite list and we will be in touch to tell you more about Aaqua and how you can become a founder Member during our closed Beta phase."
Closed Beta phase will be when bugs are identified before the software is available to general release. I suppose any launch depends on when that phase starts and how long it takes
Looks like Aaqua may be gearing up for launch. Their website has been updated with "M.A.G.I.C in progress".
Hopefully some development coming soon.

yes aaqua looks like the big play. do you like the aaqua website? reckon they can outperform instagram? or tiktok?
I'm not so sure Sentiance is the big (potential) reward here. Looking at the recent announcement of 2 new senior executives and their background, AAQUA looks like the big play although AAA don't (yet) have the funds to pull that deal off
M83 - AAA have an option / small stake in AQUA/MESH which in turn have an option to purchase a majority stake in Sentiance. If all these options can be funded / exercised the resulting group will capture a significant opportunity in a progressive growing AI company that is offering a range of services from motor insurance to modelling of people behaviour. Who becomes the lead and who becomes a stake holder - no doubt thats what the suspension is all about . Only time can tell. Locked in or locked out, trust sits firmly on the shoulders of the decision makers to make the right call.
And what does this have to do with AAA
AAA - Sentiance update ......Sentiance announces agreement with AI Base Technology to empower the Fukurou product for the Japanese market https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/sentiance-announces-agreement-with-ai-base-technology-to-empower-the-fukurou-product-for-the-japanese-market-301291767.html
Makem... I'd like to think no longer than 4 months to complete whatever they are doing assuming it is a possible RTO. Of course it could be something else but my gut feeling is that it will be a good result for AAA or whatever name we assume next.
How long do you think this will go on for quite hard to predict 2-4 months ??
When you consider the calibre of the people we're talking about and the significant sums of money involved, I'd be far more concerned if anything appeared on Twitter. AAA could be negotiating with various parties about a deal worth anything up to £100 million - let the size of that sink in for a minute
I'm far more encouraged that they're taking their time and getting everything in place before coming back to the markets - that avoids any speculation or dubiety when it finally opens for trading
Yep true, I was thinking the same about Twitter too. Maybe the old adage, no news etc.... fingers crossed!
I agree - someone must know something. Even Twitter is quiet. Very odd considering so many people invested.
There is an eery silence over this one. All well and good to suspend shares but to leave investors in the dark this long....? Hmmmm
