Certainly hope so BK.
This time next week we may just know a little bit more!

Thanks for the explanation. I did a bit of head scratching over TiC.
As for "we are all grown up on here"... I wish! There are some seriously good posters on here, others are less so. Present company excepted of course.
All being well, in a few months we will all be rolling in it and the long wait will be over

"this share turns on a sixpence "
I'd take that gladly

Well spotted dear boy. I've been working on the premise all morning , that 2 x 24 + 12 = 36.

Crumble, in hindsight I would agree that trading could have been very profitable, now we know that the other drills produced diddly. I have done a small bit of this myself and made a quick 40% when it went up to 1.4 briefly from a buy at .98. But it was a small trade, 1/2 a mill shares only. Pity my Dust-o-matic future looking glasses weren't working or I would have traded the cr*p out of this on all those previous IW and Winx spikes. Everyone has a perfect pair of Past-a-roid glasses. But like the song says ' coulda, shoulda, woulda are the last words of a fool'
There's got be a spike pre spud where you can make a few bob betting against success and selling just before results come out, unless everyone is so wary now of ol' Dusty, they won't shift till the black stuff squirts, and the spike won't appear. Seems to be having the brakes artificially applied at the mo.
Totally right, It's 12 noon or midnight. Which varies by around 20 mins dependent upon time of year.
Called the equation of time. Very important for the Assies as the cant find north without it and why the southern cross is on their flag (and NZ).
Besides....there a week late moving the rig!!! Lets not get argumentative over small issues!
My hope is they don't have a drill stuck!! Worst case IMHO!!
LeMajor is right. Will turn, but looks like only after news. The string of news (or lack of it) looks like keeping this flatter than expected. Permit news, ice road news (many were expecting a steady stream I recall).
Reading posts on MM.'s looks interesting while we wait. Many thanks.
As for IF/WHEN 88e get a revenue stream from the drill, will it be enough they no longer need any future placements for the life of the company? Ever? Will the drill tip PMO into thinking 88e are worth buying out? Has the previous drill failure by 88e caused the target of 100bopd to be set very low to ensure success? There are 3 targets to go at. All 50%COSS.
Heads is likely to appear once.....
Just to show how little interest (just yet) and how (I believe) this will go from 1.3pps to pennies per share, I post on PMO site to make some realize what they are in bed with and hopefully open their eyes..
Longer the post the less to say. Waiting on an RNS. Have a Nice Day.
last word in quotes was "event"
That is the only way I see it.
https://511.alaska.gov/list/events/traffic?start=0&length=25&order%5Bi%5D=1&order%5Bdir%5D=asc
"The timing on the new alert is correct. The original event was scheduled to last longer, but they believe they can complete the move in less time than originally anticipated. The rescheduled event is intended to be a shorter duration than the original even" email from DOT. 15/02/2020
Any one can contact DOT via their website and confirm or Tony Lamping.
The planning and permitting is between DOT & Cruz for the Dalton Highway, the Alaska Truckers Association is just like the Road Haulage Association in the UK.
Exactly major. We know its happening so the timing is immaterial unless you are a short term trader.
The way I see it, the rig will be moving on the Dalton between 00:01 on Sat to 12:01 on Mon (60 hours) including several stops/ pull-ins to allow traffic to keep moving. I would not be surprised if there is a 12 hour contingency built into those 60 hours. I suspect there will be no news until the rig gets off the highway, so if the journey takes 48 hours there might be time to announce it via ASX on Monday, if it takes longer then maybe the announcement will hit AIM first and the Aussies will have to wake up on Tuesday to a higher sp. Such timings are only important to traders, I won't be budging for some time yet.
Asx did not have a busy day, so looks like I was wrong about the herd moving DownUnder but they closed at same price they opened, so the slide stopped. For us the day is young, this share turns on a sixpence.
Keefy, of course I'm already up for banter.
Keefy,
I certainly didn't intend any criticism towards you or your post, so apologies.
In the 24 hour clock midnight is both 2400 and 0000, as it marks the end of one 24 hour period and the beginning of the next.
Jiddy,
Perhaps I am just being pedantic, but it is nice to use correct terminology if it helps to avoid confusion.
spfx 10:28
but its good to chat.
keefy
To be honest guys,
Not really much point counting time/days as we have been told,
"A presentation detailing the drilling timetable and testing program will be released to the market prior to spud"
And that is all that really matters. Keep calm.

Without malice my fellow 88e'er you should take the "Time" convention up with Tony Lamping, Cruz Construction at tlamping@cruzconstruct.com .
It was his article.
TiC
Things may be different in Alaska as they do not see the sun as often as they would like. More akin to not knowing what day it is rather than is it midnight or midday.
BTW BK, what is midnight numerically?
Its not the winning my friend, its the taking part that matters.
keefy
Who cares Beekeeper!
Life is tooooo short.
Keefy,
In spite of the fact that I often see it used, there is no such thing as 12 am or 12 pm. The am stands for ante meridian or the time before the sun crosses the observer's meridian {line of longitude} At 12, when the sun crosses the meridian the time is no longer am, it is 12 noon. 12 hours later, or 1 minute after 11.59 pm, the time is not 12 pm, it is 12 midnight.
I am referring to true time as would be used by a navigator, rather than zone time, but am and pm, noon and midnight should still be applied the same way
Therefore to say 12 pm or 12am is both incorrect and confusing
Just looking at the pretty seismic pics. Charlie and Indigo could be a very nice start to the drill. Early oil shows and who knows what the SP will do. So exciting for a miserable Feb early March GLA.
The first para says 12pm, the last one mentions 16 hours from 400.9 so it's obvious the 12am in the itinerary is a typo.
Jiddy 09:11
Brom 09:21
There just doesn't seem to be a big enough time window to travel the 28 miles on the Dalton. (25 hours)
There also appears to be ambiguity in the article which I have pasted below.
If Saturday 15th 12 a.m is midnight & Monday 17th 12 p.m is midday, that is 36 hours. Isnt it?
Finally, this - Open road at mile 386.7, 12 a.m., Monday, Feb 17. Which is correct a.m or p.m?
Only a difference of 12 hours!!
Article :
Starting Saturday, Feb. 15, at 12 a.m., Accumulate Energy Alaska, Inc., in partnership with Cruz Construction and Nordic, will begin moving a large drill rig on the Dalton Highway from Deadhorse to mile 386. The move is anticipated to last through Monday, Feb. 17, at 12 p.m.
Traffic will not be able to pass the drill rig during the move. The rig is large enough that it requires both lanes of the highway to travel and it will be travelling at low speeds. Drivers should anticipate lengthy delays.
Road closures will be established during the move to control traffic. Over the three day move, the drill rig will pull into pullouts in three locations and waiting traffic will be permitted to travel through. These are the locations and anticipated times:
– Pullout at mile 412.7, 7 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 15
– Pullout at mile 404.9, 8 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 15
– Pullout at mile 400.9, 5 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 16
– Open road at mile 386.7, 12 a.m., Monday, Feb 17
Moving the drill rig from the pullout at mile 400.9 to mile 386 will require a road closure lasting approximately 16 hours. This is the longest continuous closure.
Mats will be utilized on the highway to protect infrastructure and emergency access is being coordinated with first responders.
The move schedule may be impacted by weather.
