12:02 amazing how old news becomes new news :-)
The terms of the takeover have been known since April.
Another dilution I am feeling like a bottle of barley water. I got on the wrong horse and fell for the hype. Well done all the day traders who have done well. Its Long term holders that has the jam on their face today like me ??
15c now or 20%. He knows what he is doing. We don't.
IMO - DW sees 88E as binary, this will pay big or nothing.
EXR's sp has also moved from 1.7 cents in March 2020 to 11.5 cents now. Not rubbing salt into the wound. Just want something similar to happen to 88. lol
He also sits at 8th & 13th on the list of top 20 EXR Option holders with 5 million. Gets around, does our DW.
Sorry 5th. Oh! for an editing feature.
DJW sits at number 6 in the list of top 20 EXR shareholders, holding 10 million odd shares
EXR, Daves other instrument?
Phron,
The last thing you need tell me is "DYOR", I've spent 5 yrs researching the North Slope, Vapour Phase, HRZ, .....
I now know and understand that this company will deliver zero oil to market, that's not what they are, they are a trade, that's it's, that's all they will be.
Dave's other instrument, EXR, (ASX listed) is going gangbusters. That's where I'm at, not wallowing here waiting for porosity.

Just click on Phrontist and follow back a few hundred, or thousand....(DYOR)

As an avid reader of your posts, I'd be interested to read any post of yours that highlighted your displeasure to the dual company secretary role before Sarah resigned.
Or is this a case that now she has left, "88E did not have a clue about running a business"?
In the UK the role of Company Secretary is often carried out by a specialist Accountancy Practice who act as Company Sec for 100's, even 1,000's of companies. Their billing rate will be higher than a junior employee but cheaper than Finance Director.
Since they carry out these functions for so many companies, they know the ropes 100%. Mistakes are rare, advice is based on experience of specially trained staff, and actions happen quicker.
When 88E had two company secretaries it indicated that all staff in 88E did not have a clue about running a business.

WAAussie , not surprised. If you've been doing to your own lawn what yoy have threatened to do to DW's, bog is the right word.
As for part time company secretaries, one of my previous employers had a 10-days per month Co Sec, and we had a £200M/year turnover. Currently, the Co.Sec role takes up some of the time of one of the senior accountants - no idea of his time split (50:50; 75:25 ??). It's not unusual.
Get over there Woz & fertilize those gardens . lol
Nothing. Nothing ever changes. Oh Mr DW. You must be sucummbing to some pressure from these shareholders surely. Hasn't been a positive announcement in months. Maybe 2023 for a seedy FO if your good. Haha. I see landscapers are still manicuring your gardens. Mine look like bog.
