Wrt the original post, in my mind some are thinking an RNS is the same as a press release. RNSs are for specific regulatory or financial communications, not reporting every bit of new business in an existing partnership.
I suspect the reason the company aren't saying much is because there isn't much to say, disappointingly.
Nobody likes investing in a stock without having full disclosure of available information. An investor presentation once a year telling you next year looks great doesn't do anything unless its backed up.
They promised 8 deals as a minimum in 2021. Granted they weren't all promised in Q1, but 2 in 4 months means we've probably lost a few along the way now.
The Alfie Boe concert was postponed last weekend - that won't be a great signal for more artists supposedly waiting in the wings.
You are literally mocking two posters on this board who are solely criticising a company/stock for not telling its shareholders if they are making any money, the fundamental reason a company exists and the SP appreciates. It is NOT an unfair criticism, nor much to ask a company.
Oh look it’s talking to itself again. And repeating itself....again.
Hopeless1 , this share for me is around -55% so I hope that this SP gets a hold of itself! Also itsbeen well below the placing price since August last year !
Financials and revenue silence. And what itye1970 said, agree with him, not sure why he takes so much heat on this board btw, he’s spot on and I wouldn’t consider legit criticism bashing the stock. I might add, we shouldn’t have to wait for audited financials, the company can easily quantify revenue projections from deals.
@itye1970 Your worst share? Good luck to you. I have a miner that has dropped 55% in 4 months. Get a hold of yourself...this is a blip.
Leaden & TKOTM are right and the SP is proof of that! Those RNS' were not major news, no news of Global Tech Company, yes good news but not enough to push up the SP. They said the Global Tech Company contract was for 6 months yet nobody has been told its current status. I own other stocks and this is the worst performing one of the lot. OK yes I hope it improves but I agree the lack of decent RNS and silence on the figures dont give confidence to potential investors. People keep going on about this SP will reach 2p. 10p. etc but it wont get anywhere near that until some REAL RNS or news is published...especially as we keep saying some sort of Financial statement! The board needs to start keeping investors up to date , why not tell us when financials are being released? FFS why!
What silence? There has been 3 positive RNS's in the last 2 months, one of which being one of the fastest growing social media companies in the world. If you need more updates than the RNS they also have a monthly newsletter. Hardly silence.
The volume is low because they haven't released financials yet. Simple, just have to be patient.
This CEO needs a course in PR and transparency. This is assuming they actually have anything good to say, which given the silence, close to nobody is going to invest otherwise because the obvious assumption is they don’t. The volume on this stock is actually comical.
TO THE RAMPARTS!!
While you build a castle you do not give the blueprint away, when everything is in place then you can call the shots.
The moat surrounding its parameter will be full of interest.

TKOTM is right, nor forecast released, why not? No idea of growth, Global Tech company was supposed to be for 6 months...no news on that either....has it been renewed? Why cant they at least indicate a time when we would expect some results rather than keep constantly silent on the figures! No wonder the SP is stuck at a low price...sea of RED again today!
The disappointing thing from the investor presentation was Paul said its broker would be releasing its forecast early in the new year. We've not had that, which would have given everyone an idea of growth and profitability.
This is what i was talking about a while back. Streaming live shows to reach global audiences. There has only been positive RNS since Paul became CEO. Some see the placing as negative. All questions you might have were answered during Q&A before the new year- you can go onto their website and watch it, about 90 mins long. Contract details will not be realised as it compromises future contracts.
This one really is a wait for financial report. previous years, tear end reports have been released in June, so do not expect this year to be any different. 7Dig became profitable second half of 2020, so really need to wait until September for 2021 Half year results to see profits.
