Very early doors there tyson with ameriwest to the point of a stake being questioned so land is nearly clear. Dont want any unforseen surprises.
From the basics they have looked at oil well seismic data ( basically what I do ) and use the results from the to much reduce the drilling costs to depth.
With brines I would naturally prefer deep brine as it has more runthrough the lithium stratas and more time to mature / concentrate. One stake suggests brine at only 400-1000m. Hmmm not sure about that but it is one of two areas of interest with the other being 2000-4000ft down - tick.
I am happy with big bets on E3 , Standard Lithium and CUSN - will be buying CL 100% and will make CL balance up my future proflio. I want to retire in 3 years @ 55 , so perfect timing for all 3 to be multiples up on sp. 400% is 400% on any share so I've gone big on my most researched. Its a bet , a very big bet, but there are plenty of head turners coming in to play.
All I want is value initially and let the rest take care of itself as an investment not a trade of in and out.
Looks ok though Ameriwest
LITHIUM E3 Metals DLE process standing up to testing. Good results from test one. Next up results from test two.

Sorry to hijack SLIs bb…
Seen this pumped a bit… is this another or just a “hook”?
10 minute review of project US$1 Billion market cap company @ 80% discount currently. Enjoy.

Tyson, I think its worth holding cusn. I guess you are around 12-15p ave. I think 21-23p is about right BUT the first company to process mica could be a real winner. This could really open up the amount of lithium they can produce. I would not say its a screaming buy but neither would I sell with room to take a short term drop with headroom to still be up.
Buying above 18-20p at the moment is one to do serious research on and a persons risk reward attitude.
Hold and wait until Cornish Lithium spin off.
…and is you doing the buying? ;-)
Fortunately “lithium” is doing ok. The rest of the the world is taking a right dive.. shouldve cashed 2 month’s ago! Time to hold on and wait..
Keeping thinking about CUSN, but seems risky. I concur with your SXX comment. Been their.. lost too much!
Standard Lithium to Present at the Bank of America Securities Virtual Battery and Storage Conference
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan. 06, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Standard Lithium Ltd. (“Standard Lithium” or the “Company”) (TSXV: SLI) (NYSE: SLI) (FRA: S5L), an innovative technology and lithium project development company, is scheduled to present at the Bank of America Securities Virtual Battery and Storage Conference on January 10th, 2022.
Tyson, my guess is the double flow tests which will establish the actual single best way to process bulk brines from LeDuc aquifier , all 13 kilometres x 8 kilometres. These tests are not to solve a problem ( in my view ) they are to decide the best and cheapest way to production in the quickest way. Someone knows and is gently buying.
What a week so far.. heading back to 3?? Hopefully as dropped significantly( no ££ to buy more at 2ish $!)
Didn’t see any news for the decline or the move up- except an new appointment - is Mr P that much of a “catch”
Standard Lithium - link via Koch SPF Industries ?
Note the question over T. Next state along for lithium supply.
"Battery backup storage is a relatively new application for lithium-ion batteries, Barron’s says, but some companies are already making inroads. It points out that Tesla‘s battery storage business generated $806 million in third quarter sales out of total sales of $13.8 billion. That’s a small percentage today, but Elon Musk has said he expects energy storage to be as important to the long term profitability of the company as building electric vehicles.
Clearly integrating renewable energy into the electrical grid will depend on energy storage techniques, whether mechanical, pumped hydro, or batteries. It will be interesting to see who Freyr’s customer for that 31 GWh of batteries turns out to be.
Standard Lithium and Koch Industrials have a possible supply link to 24M only signed in the last 2 months. 24M will need a lot if lithium ....

Where are you at with hydrogen ? Still in Linde and ITM ? Where would you suggest I have a look ?
I think there are too many single companies , could name 10 now. Holding all would water down my growth potential but I guess you could argue that spreading risk makes more sense ? Most seem to have dipped heavily , recovered a bit and sliding again, so I have uk cover of ITM but my main large holding is NEL who are all over the place, have a world class factory now operating and some huge clients. Gone big with them. Intetested to her your current thoughts ?
From Acorns and all that ...
Hi Sat. With RobinHood being used in the US by those wishing to pick on companies , I decided I needed a new name.
Shame as taking from the rich and giving - in this format information - to people looking to make their own money was what I have always tried to do.
I suspect MajorOak and RobinHood are not too disimilar
Standard Lithium mentioned. Tick.
"Dr Wedin said Rio Tinto’s announcement that it’s acquiring a direct lithium extraction project in Argentina for more than $825 million was a ‘vote of confidence’, as was a $140 million investment by a subsidiary of Koch Investments Group into Standard Lithium, which is planning to extract lithium from tail brine in Arkansas.
Vulcan has offtake agreements with four tier one car manufacturers, including Volkswagen and Renault groups. Dr Wedin said securing these agreements has involved visits to the geothermal site and numerous presentations.
“I’d say the smart money is investing into this space,” he said.
“There’s a lot of debate in technical circles about whether direct lithium extraction works, it has been operating commercially on brines to extract lithium since the 1990s.
“For each project, the brine is slightly different geochemically. You need to tweak the brine and absorbents to suit what you are doing and you need to tweak the parameters to optimise it, but it’s not a binary – will this work, wont it work, it works, it’s happening, it accounts for a significant amount of global production already, so it’s just a matter of tailoring it to your particular project.
“There’s always execution risk with any chemicals project and there are a lot of moving parts, there’s lots of things we have to control, there’s a lot of risks we have to control. We are building a geothermal project, a lithium extraction project, a lithium processing project.
“What would, in the normal course of events, be at least three separate businesses, we’re rolling into one fully-integrated renewable energy and zero-carbon lithium business, I mean there’s heaps of execution risk, so we shouldn’t shy away from that, but individually, all of those different technologies, we’re very confident all of those work.”
Anyone know what happened to Robinhood? Hasn't posted since 15 Jan and before that 13k posts in 12 yrs?
Thumbs. Up !!
Lets hope it all goes.. coming from way back ATM!
2022… let’s hope for a better year
Tyson - nel
Standard Lithium should have news any day tbh.
Don't be surprised if there is news before 1-2nd of Jan.
If not it will not be far away ;-)))
Totally agree MO.
Hoping for some “action” on the H2 next year…
Majors piling in to now take Tesla's previous advantage away. This is the crux. Tesla can use all the worlds lithium production FACT. So add on VW thats 2 twice the lithium global demand on just VW's books by 2026. Here Lanxess own 100% off take.
Anyone here or on any other forum hearing about the fact Lanxess will own 30,000-150,000 tpa of Lithium Hydroxide premium grade product ?
STELLANTIS group say in the US ALL their range of cars will be ELECTRIC by 2027. That is ALL RENAULT, CITROEN, DODGE. RAM, CHRYSLER, DS.
Some serious levels of lithium required for that to happen ? Tesla and VW by 2027 will be able to use ALL LITHIUM SUPPLY. What about Ford, GM, Toyota, Nio US, AMAZON, FREIGHTLINER, BOEING, US DEFENCE & MILITARY, CATAPILLAR, Household storage across the US ???? ITS IMPOSSIBLE.
Any good lithium project simply cannot lose unless it is badly run. Oh and just incase check out hydrogen as the go to fuel for long haul on anything from Buses, planes, haulage, marine travel 100% will be hydrogen etc etc.... BILLIONS to be made.

USA STANDARD LITHIUM next company to lithium production !!!
