McPhy signs a technological partnership with Plastic Omnium to strengthen its station offering and develop the hydrogen mobility ecosystem https://mcphy.com/en/press-releases/technological-partnership-with-plastic-omnium/
Southbank Research have issued a sell Alert.
I think there will be a small sell off this week then it will come back next week with some folks buying back in.
Within the same research note, which covered its now renamed European Energy Services, previously European Oil Services and Drilling, Barclays also kicked off coverage of Nel at Overweight (Target price: NOK40.5) and that of McPhy Energy at 'Equalweight' (Target price: €49.0).
This may be a stupid question but am just wondering as would potentially like to make an investment in this soon – is there any difference between the 0QTF stock listed on the LSE for McPhy Energy, and the MCPHY stock listed on the Paris stock exchange? Does the 0QTF stock follow the price of the MCPHY.PA stock accurately? If so I'd prefer 0QTF as my broker charges more fees for EU stocks. Thanks!
@Robin
I've a lot to benefit from posts on this [and other forums] with people giving opinion - good or bad - and generally I roll with the flow and try to absorb and collate everything . But:
"Ceres has hit my buy point and pop [I] bought a batch today and will continue to add on each 10% drop on NEL, CERES and hopefully here."
REALLY - Ceres has hit your buy point only now??? You've been registered on LSE since 2012 and [I assume] interested in H2 for a good while. There were many good reports about the value of Ceres at the start of Q4 last year and since then it has risen 250%!
Any particular reason why it has only hit you to buy now......????

Agree - long term these new strategic partners will help expand growth and broaden the customer base. The next stage in evolution for McPhy.
Excellent news and vote of confidence from IIs. Note the over-subscription and the low discount: "McPhy (Euronext Paris : MCPHY – ISIN : FR0011742329), (the “Company”), specialized in zero-carbon hydrogen production and distribution equipment, announces today the success of its capital increase without shareholders’ preferential subscription rights announced on October 13, 2020, by means of an Accelerated Bookbuild to the benefit of certain categories of beneficiaries, for a total amount of € 180m (the “Offering”).The Offering was oversubscribed several times which enables the Company to upsize the amount of the Offering from an envisaged € 150 m to € 180 m. The subscription price of the new shares was set at € 23.50 per share, representing a discount of 8.56% based on the last closing price."

Another French development but in the Auvergne Rhone Alpes region by Ataway to date. The project also supports the acquisition of 1,000 hydrogen vehicles in parallel with the installation of 20 hydrogen stations. Not sur eif there is an opportunity for Mcphy to join in.

Hyd'Occ will be in charge of building a green hydrogen production plant with a capacity of 6,000 t / year by electrolysis of water (50MW in the long term) supplied with green electricity (regional) and of supplying the Lourdes Mobilities uses (Maritime, Land, River, Rail), Industrial and Generation of electricity.
Not sure who will be supplying electrolysers but Mcphy must have a chance?

McPhy selected to equip two hydrogen refueling stations and 1 MW of electrolysis
https://mcphy.com/en/press-releases/new-contract-high-capacity-hrs-ely/
As part of the Dijon Métropole Smart EnergHy (DMSE) project, McPhy was chosen to design, build and integrate two hydrogen stations with a capacity of 400 kg of hydrogen / day each (one offering a pressure of 350 bar filling and the other offering a “Dual Pressure” configuration in 350 and 700 bar). They will be connected to a 1 MW high power electrolyser.
Four distribution terminals will be available to supply the heavy and light vehicles of the community and its partners, north of Dijon. This fleet will initially consist of 27 buses, 9 garbage dumpsters and around fifteen light vehicles. By 2030, it is expected to reach a total of 200 buses, 50 dumpsters and 250 light vehicles.
The specificity of the project comes from the fact that the electrolyser connected to produce hydrogen on site will be 90% powered by electricity from a household waste incinerator and the remaining 10% will come from renewable energies produced locally. This will make it possible to recover so-called “fatal” electricity, which would have been lost if it had not been able to supply this ecosystem, and to avoid nearly 2,500 tonnes of CO2 emissions per year.
The order was placed by the company Rougeot Energie, as general contractor on behalf of the company Dijon Métropole Smart EnergHy (created with the metropolis to carry out the project).

Any selling to just get out the market will drop this sp just like the herd piling in and paying a premium to get in without questions of a rise from €4....yes €4 Euro's to €30 in two months. WOW based on how much good news ??? Nonsense. Will I see €12 ? Will have to wait for the weak sellers to dump . Then buy more. Please DYOR and do not listen to me.
Softly softly nudging to my top up point .... Down on news and a few getting burned for chasing the sp beyond sense.
Ceres has hit my buy point and popI bought a batch today and will continue to add on each 10% drop on NEL, CERES and hopefully here.
Golden rule buy low sell high. I fail sometimes but this sector is not immune to wider market head winds and they have gone to 8 on the Beaufort Scale. Sept and job losses will make it really interesting. Brexit by Nov and CVD increase during cold / flu season is the wall if doom.
Thrown in the Dow under pressure and US Election and its head winds look like storm force. Debt growing growth declining = ..... DYOR.
If fear many are looking like bubbles at the moment.
Example being ITM. How do you buy when one week it adds 20% then a week later drops 20%. With these types of companies it is just being traded. No , actually it is the most used LSE Forum hydrogen place to post. It has the gamblers eyes and the shorters/traders look for these stand out posting companies where they can easily trade and when one bad days new can make you 15-40% with a short on the down drop for a buy 10-20% then the pick up again. Not intetesting to me , but I do keep on top of what happens to understand and keep my nerves intact when I am down a few grand on nothing and up a few grand .... Yep on nothing. It is bonkers.
Some of my main holdings, nobody actually posts on the forums , brilliant. Nice quiet with more subtle movement and real trends to judge my investments on and more importantly the wider market sentiment.
Mr Smith for all his faults on ITM is probably right that the markets will react to Cvd Brexit Global debt US election even. There are some strong head winds that seem to be ignored ?
I am happy with a creep up share, it feels more natural. Ok if I get a flyer then I am happy will take some profit especially in this time of head winds and see where it settles. Gaps are more often than not filled. My suggested topping up sp is a possibility.
True...but then try take a look at ITM, CWR, PHE, NKLA.....even Tesla for that matter.....in fact the whole blo..dy Nasdaq.
Its a different game these days it seems....
I expect Robinhood will see his €12 buy in price pretty soon - €5m revenues vs €400m market cap isn’t pretty! The future may be bright, but this has got well ahead of reality.

Down to €16 not much more before it reaches my buy suggestion from last week ?
Drop cannot be company related as every share except one is down today , Friday ? Why across every share ?
Everywhere is red .... ? Why now ?
