Back in DEC as of today 10% plus yield
Hi GS I m not currently in Diversified but will get back in soon and hoping for a drop , as i like the company.....
M&S last night i went through all of Ocado's financials and M&S and got a bit nervous with the current situation, inflation, fuel cost up, energy up war etc so sold out just now a few quid above break even.. He ho
Results out 25/5.
13th Jan forecast earnings before tax edged up from 500m to at least 500m Christmas trading statement.
My target 300p.
Diversified energy company should climb quickly as well.
Yes LGEN not one to worry about for sure just have to keep an eye on it ... Ive bought into a REIT today ticker EPIC its pays out divis monthly ! and is yielding 7.6%. so monthly payment means hardly any drop to the SP price. Plus its not hardly been touched by the Putin war just kept on streaming onwards and still up-trending..
Also ive bought into M&S today its currently the fasted growing British food retailer right now . The momentum is building . I think it has legs and hopefully will get up to 1.80 soon..
Ive took a small S/B on ARBN its on its third good day off of the double bottom... Banked small profit off of NG S/B
At 340p lgen would still be on a pe of 10 and paying over 5% in dividend and even this price wouldn't factor in the impressive growth.
Hi GS glad you got out of Evrez ok ........ Yes Lgen very transparent and plods on regardless paying divi come what may.
You got in at a brilliant price . As you know i am holding LGEN and paid £2.86 inc fees so am currently underwater but not worried
Good results this morning, glad I bought yesterday.
From aviva to lgen, better yield and greater clarity.
Came out of evraz yesterday in early 90s,added to aviva.
Hi Gs i guess the market disagrees a drop of one third of tis value in a week is certainly extreme and seems somewhat overdone.
The market can be cruel sometimes
Its a strong buy to me.
Fully realise concerns but new material is always needed, itv has consistently produced high quality, revenues across board doing really well and reivesting 1/3 into new shows seems reasonable and allows a generous dividend with eps future growth as well.
I like you thinking GS ha ha that will do nicely lol .... but now after this latest news re nuke power plant words fail me. have the best weekend that you can Opti
The cave has no electricity or gas anyway.
Might be able to hustle up a steel structured hotel next to it.
AV got some positive coverage in the press to day so very encouraging...
Tipster update I think we can currently say our fund is doing abysmally poor . We are on three months notice to turn it around or we are all out of the door.
GS and Matt did you see ITV share price today what a shock. It was Hots favourite and purple Bricks now just 16pence that was my tipster share some years ago and was up at £5 + and won the comp ... Now ive told you this GS no more falling knives the cave has run out of plasters and bandages. GL all
1) lloyds - 5.3%
2)kr1 - 17.5%
3)kfa global etf - 20.5%
4) 888 - 31.6%
1)Lgen still a great income stock.
2) Time I did a tipster update
3)Aviva returns one way or another will cover any potential losses from evraz russian roulette.
Hi Gs Ive been looking at that AV consolidation and its complex. firstly if it drops to 290 so you are no better off.
The shares then get reduced by 25%. I know you have your 100 p per share so you are back to the staring place If you don't reinvest the money in the B shares you wont get the new increased divi . well actually its not increased It just appears to be increased. I could get headache thinking about this. There is a lot of weird accounting going on here. Also you cant put an EPS on it as all the values change and you don't know what the SP will after the consolidation.. Its the usual smoke and mirrors... I had a similar experience with NG some years ago ...... PS LGEN just plods on throwing out divis year in year out.
Doubt it too many fingers missing
;)
You catch any more falling knives GS, you'll be able to join the Circus...:-)
Taking off say 125p total year dividend for av will leave a share at 290p with eps roughly 45p in comparison to an lgen share of 265p eps 22p.
All figures approx and estimated.
Obviously lgen has been the better performer in recent years and I was a convert to at one point but now sticking on red(av) for the tide to turn.
Bought more evraz at 90p,all investments covered by aviva dividend.
I had nice trade off the whipsaw on AV this morning at 8.10 am on IG got 10 points 3.95 to 4.05 in 2 minutes
SOLD everything in wife's Sipp and ISA ( at her request)
I am still 66% Cash /33% Equities
Aviva returning cash to holders so all good there GS.......... Not sure what an "A B" share scheme is?
Aviva - Announce Today A Proposed Return Of Capital Of £3.75 Billion To Holders Of Its Ordinary Shares By Way Of A B Share Scheme
Aviva - Estimated Proceeds Equate To Approximately 100 Pence Per Existing Ordinary Share In Company At Record Time
