very much in line with my hopes and expectations. I said 45 mill in operating profits and 35 in profit before tax and it came out at 44.8 and 34.1. I had hoped for a higher increase in divi but it increased 5 % and still above 4 % on SP so very satisfactory indeed in this day and age. Company well under control, revenue down but profits up because they are running good cost contrl. I like the diversifications into the expenses and ened to end management of their clients and the forward looking statements look better than expected. Only downside was the debt and pension deficit but they address this in their comments and are taking action over the next year or two. All in all still massively undervalued, extremely steady company with good solid profits and a strong pipeline for the future. Happy sto stay in here and If I wasn't in I would but and expect at least 20-30% growth in in SP over the next year with very little downside risk

very little information to go on. Looking at 6 months results and operational updates revenue is down but they have kept saying reults in line with expectations so now we have to work out expectations. I think we would expect revenue slightly down but I hope costs even more down so profits slightly improved. That would mean operating profits around 45 mill and net profit before tax around 35 mill. There has been nothing over the last few months that should make us nervous, on the contrary I think HRG globally has had some good successes which promise well for the next few years. Easter was slightly early this year which might give a little negative adjustment. I expect dividends to increase to between 2.3 and 2.5 p annually which would give a return of around 4%, notbad at all. Will be interesting to see the debt situation if the improved situation on the markets have ahd some effect, maybe also on the pension deficit. When assessing the value of the company based on EBITDA it should be around 6 times profit and at the moment it is only around 4 times, so if we get results as described it once again proves the great consistency of the company and hopefully we will start moving back up to the 75-80 price which is the true valuation Of course always hoping for some announcement about one of the 2 major shareholders making a move towards a takeover , this is what is required to get us up to the 100 p which is what I am dreaming about. it will come, just not sure when, in the meantime enjoying the good performance and the dividend and not expecting any negative surprises. Any other views woudlbe welcome
