Ok I'll agree with you. I've in both companies with a lot, and I know that is a bit stupid had the money then. Edenville I've been in for so long I cannot remember why I bought in. As for upgrading the coal reserves, well that never did anything to the sp, atc upgraded there supply nothing happen to the sp. they are both the same. To need a lot of investors to move this stock forward . Live a learn I spose everyday it drops it cannot sustain a bitty rise. Anyway enough chit chat. Just live and hope we all get our money I'm in at .47 ill proberbly bail at .40 no chance of seeing .50

Not like ATC at all. They operate in the US. They have never made a profit to date. For a company of that market cap to be running up losses of 11m, 3.9m, 2.6m, 5.1m and 4m over last 5 years I am not surprised the price has crashed. Still opportunity for it to recover but they really need to get a handle on their costs. EDL has minimal burn rate - 600k for the last year. Unlike ATC or Tancoal, EDL will not need much to generate a profit. I'd go for Tancoal before ATC. And like hopey said - number of shares in issue is a complete irrelevance. If you are talking about changes in shares in issue (ie dilution for existing holders that is different) but shares in issue to an investor now holds no relevance.

Yea that's true, and then the dilution starts again seen it loads with consolidated shares, of my head VGM nccl loads if you look, it's another way of getting the share down when you cannot dilute any more on h last.

Lloyds bank 71 billion shares. To be honest Shares in issue has no relevance. If you consolidate 100-1 and reduce the shares to 42mill shares in issue the market cap stays the same!

If this goes to 5 billion shares you will be lucky you ever see .25 again there's no companies out there that have success with that many shares. ATC is another company in same boat, these two work in tandem they both shot up to 2p in 2011 and both diluted the hell out there companies to the state they are both in now. Or you can say is the champagne party that we were not invited to, must have been a good doo that's the best you can take out of this. What you don't want is consolidation now that would finish it.

It will be big news, as it will turn this company from exploration to producer. My only gripe is the inevitable dilution that will occur to get to that stage ie 5b+ shares in issue. As when the scoping study is released I can see and issue of equity also. The real gains will be seen once mining has commenced.
