Does anyone know how this 8p per share payment is to be treated for Tax purposes? It is not shown on my dividend statement, and is just shown as a Corporate Action on my cash statement. The earlier RNS's implied that tax would be paid by Bezant, but I am confused as to how to record this should I sell the shares at a later date.

Are, that we are going to get screwed by goldfields, let's face it, all our eggs are in one basket.Goldfields could'nt give a toss about us and dont rely on management to back us up. Watch this space, slowly goldfields will become the majority shareholder here at sub 30p....for ALL our assets and they will make a decent offer of say 25% more than their highest purchass, which we will have to accept. GLA , guessing we will be lucky if were offered 30/35p for our shares.....not so good for all long term holders.Just my view...but seen similar before.

Not old enough to play for the vets yet mate, I'll start pre season in August! I saw him wouldn't have done much good Cobblers were awful start to finish think we would have given them a better game! Not in anything at the moment keep checking back on a few and they all still keep getting lower but still resisting I notice RRL around the 3p mark now you still averaging down?

Well I heard you all had a great time, I played footy 8am on the Saturday with the old boys to start pre-season training early lol. Did you see a certain former manager of ours on TV he was watching the cobblers and was going a little mental and trying to get the crowd going, had to rewind the game three times as I could not believe it. This is a big faller but only beacause we are getting a divi payment hoo-ray, I have left this one for so long I am no longer up to date. You in any at the moment?

Ha Ha, was that the best name you could come up with lol. If you take a look at some of the rubbish I am invested in you will know why I could not make the famous tour. On the plus side I do have a little amount in PRS.
