Dillistone Chairman boosts stake by 178,485 shares

The Chairman of Dillistone, an AIM-quoted supplier of software for the international recruitment industry, has added to 178,485 shares to his stake in the company, it was announced Thursday.

Mike Love, purchased the shares at 178,485 at 81.5p each, costing him £145,465. The transaction takes his stake to 450,622 shares, equal to 2.48% of the issued share capital.

Rory Howard, the company's Operations Director, who took up his current position in 2003, sold 224,433 shares at 81.50p each, pocketing £182,913 before tax.

His stake in the company now stands at 18.13%, equal to 3.3m ordinary shares.

At its most recent set of results the company posted a 56% rise in revenues to £3.6m for the six months ended June 30th.

Operating profits before exceptional items were up 51% to £0.8m and after exceptional items rose 30% to £0.7m.

The company has two main trading businesses, Dillistone Systems, which targets the executive search industry and Voyager Software, which targets other recruitment markets.
