Your healthbase link refers to data that is 14 years old as does your post re the Lancet. The research has moved since then. Most reputable sites ( NHS etc ) do not list frequent or short haul flights as a significant risk factor. The Mail "millions at risk" is another case of tabloid journalism scare headlines so one reads the article. Yes it can happen, but that hardly means one has to buy supplements to cover every eventuality. I make short haul flights every couple of months, my wife flies to Europe 2-4 times per month. DVT has never come up in any conversation as an issue she or her colleagues should be concerned about although now the danger has been highlighted in the Mail I'm sure they'll all be rushing to buy FF. Google "DVT supplements", check the first 5 results on the list, not a mention of FF. No doubt if you spend a couple of hours you'll be able to find something. It would appear the supplements industry is missing a trick, or perhaps the potential is again being exaggerated and the mass market doesn't actually exist.
Good info there Blizzard. DVT can't be ignored by any air traveller.
The volume is back today, the phase of higher than average movement is interesting. I'm not a follower of TA that much, the statistics are correct, but surely it is a person who clicks the trade button. A year ago today we stood at .975, and considering how many products have appeared, how many more research developments supporting the efficacy of Fruitflow, how many further global market penetration achieved, I can't see why the sp should be so much less. Yep, the market wants to see the dosh, so we will be silly cheap until that happens. Or will we? Are the TA lads ahead of us?
In 2001 The Lancet published an analysis estimating that 1 million cases of DVT related to air travel occur in the US every year and that 100,000 of these cases result in death (Lancet, September 8, 2001, p. 838).
The investing community knows the relationship / association of DSM and SIS with Provexis. Majority of the investing community is convinced about the immense potential of the Fruitflow product. So isn't the fortune of DSM and SIS both are linked directly with PXS?
PXS CEO used the word Transformational - wasn't he aware of the meaning of the word when share price was around 7p? or was he rewarded with the position in SIS ? otherwise what was the need of taking over of SIS by PXS?
