That's my thinkin Lincoln. The other question is whether the bod would be able to sell at a sp which would allow them to exercise their options. One set of options kicks in at five times the then sp (20p?) and the other at nine times.

Fair points. So surely, if there was an intention to sell, a couple of farm-outs would be essential to maximise return. Conversely I guess, the buyer would like to takeover prior to farm-outs, to maximise their own return value. What a conundrum!
